The view from our room was fantastic.

The room was beautiful and had great amenities! Two robes, slippers, complimentary coffee and water. 24 front desk and great food/drinks! Highly recommend, especially if you are a solo traveler. The location could not be better. Easy/short walk to trains and metro.

Loved the family suite. We were together but had our own space. The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Everything

The rooms were really pretty with the large windows and high ceilings. The location was brilliant and staff lovely. AC worked so well which is a big thing I worry about when travelling during summer! Nothing

The room was very clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. The common area was dated and did not look like the pictures on booking. Com which were much nicer. I am gluten free and the breakfast options were quite limited. If you're going to have 12 pastry and bread options for regular travelers I don't think 1 good option is too much to ask for those that are gluten free.

Great location in old city. Welcome drinks at arrival. Is on busy street so maybe noisy during late night hours

Room was fine, a bit on the small side but nicely appointed. Stay was good.

Great location, friendly staff , very nice breakfast included . Only one concern as the shower leaked into bedroom through the wall.

Great location, close to 2 main squares and lots of restaurants around.

The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable was the small space between the bed and the table. Walking around the room was a bit difficult due to lack of space. But other than that, it was great.

My Story Hotel Ouro was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm, friendly, and made us feel instantly at home. Our room was beautiful and a real highlight of the stay, with two sets of patio doors opening onto a walk-around balcony, which gave the space a wonderful sense of light and openness. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were spotless throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, including bottled water and delicious donuts waiting for us, which made the experience feel extra special. The airport transfer arrangements were seamless and stress-free, rounding off a truly perfect stay. We loved everything about this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon. There was nothing to not like
