Breakfast was great. Staff is Wonderful. Location is top tier. You can walk anywhere. Bed kinda low and could use one more pillow for comfort.

Great location, comfortable bed, very clean room with AC, helpful staff. Very limited options at breakfast and the coffee didn't taste well. The bathroom was not comfortable.

The Receptionist who welcomed us on first day - from Bangladesh- was so helpful. Breakfast was as good as possible and we loved the place of hotel. The room was so small and I don’t like bathtubs.

The hotel is located in the very centre of Lisbon. It has a lift which is very useful. The staff are nice and tend to your every need. There is a nice breakfast served in the morning. The rooms also have AC which was wonderful during the heatwave. The rooms on the lower floors which overlook the street can get a bit noisy during the night and in the morning.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to go sightseeing. Most of the stuff is within walking distance, or can be reached via public transport. The room was very small but I didn't mind that. For a single traveler it is enough. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. There was not much variety but I only stayed two days, so it was good for me. The toilet broke in the bathroom, but the staff fixed it the same day.
