Lis Apartments

We booked two units through Lis Apartments and enjoyed both! Everything was as described- it was nice that they also left water and coffee for us to start our stay :) The hill up to the unit made it difficult for Uber/Bolt, but that was expected. It was a bit farther from major parts of the city than we anticipated but this didn’t impact our trip too much.

Calm atmosphere and excellent cleanliness. Beautiful apartment.

Spacious. Comfortable bed and furniture. Great amenities. Great patio and windows. Great AC and appliances. Everything we needed for a wonderful holiday Dead end road with steep incline leading to entrance made for difficult access with luggage. Road gets blocked by parked vehicles or drivers don’t want to have to back up all the way down the hill to leave. Would have been nice to have been warned of this. Host didn’t meet us due to flight delay and when we followed instructions to call from the airport no one answered until we arrived at the property. Not a long delay getting access but onsite help would have been appreciated

We appreciated all of the amenities and the size of the apartment. Walking up the hill and the slow drainage of the shower.

When we arrive , the host already there for us to collect the key , easy for checkin The uphill is tiring after a whole day outside Location a bit far for people want less than 10 mins walk . For people expect 20mins walk is fine We storage our luggage after check out , they said you need to pay 5 euro , which is the first time I hear putting luggage need to pay extra Layout not that good , but ok space for three person

There was easy and prompt communication with the hosts via WhatsApp and they met me and my friends when we arrived to provide the keys and additional information regarding check out. The description said that the apartment was on the 1st floor; however the 1st floor is one level up (not ground level), so we had to carry our heavy luggage up and down a set of stairs. Also the apartments are located on the top of a steep street so it isn't an easy walk up and back down to/from the apartment if you're heading out somewhere. Fortunately, the Uber or Bolt car was able to drop us off/pick us up right in front of the apartment

Great accomodations and helpful staff

This lovely apartment was only a few blocks away from the old town of Porto. Sandra was there to greet us and was so helpful providing nearby groceries options and tram and bus service to Belem Tower. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including coffee and tea, for our short stay. We really liked being on the narrow street. although down was easier than up, as it was relatively quiet but not far to walk to some local restaurants. Nothing, for us it was perfect.

Nevertheless, I didn’t fall in love with the neighborhood from the first sight, it turned out to be great! Really recommended The property itself is very nice: has everything you might need, very clean and cosy. Stuff is great :) really nice people Nothing to mention here

Comfortable and cosy Location not so good neighbors a bit far from center

The apartment is well equipped. The host is a quite nice lady helped explained to us in details. Nothing. But the apartment is on street on a slope. If you take big luggage, it would take you big effort to climb. And we lived on the third floor of the apartment. there is no elevator.

The room is very clean and comfortable. Location is good, not exact close to the attractions, but close to the metro. The area seems safe.

Apartment was very good. Location was very good. Stairs up to apartment, 2 flights, were narrow and difficult to get bags up and down. Contact with apartment owners was not always good.

Good location for walking around town but also good for public transport and getting further out. Place was clean, host was nice, and not much street noise even in the ground floor apartment (at least in the bedroom, which at the back away from the street). Arranged a time to pickup keys but host wasn't there, apparently I had to text them to tell them I'd arrived. Not a huge problem but I hadn't set roaming yet so was a bit annoying, and if I'd known all I had to do was text I'd have checked in earlier.
