cleanliness, lovely staff, 24 hour reception, extras ie: bathrobes and slippers, shower gel etc, bottled water every day, coffee machine,extra large TV on wall, great location. nothing.

Breakfast staff and front desk were amazing and supper friendly and helpful. location wise is supper central and the neighborhood is safe and friendly. Housekeeping could have been better and faster in preparing rooms, AC in rooms is a bit problematic.

Stayed here for 2 nights on my way back to New York. Was excellent. Perfect location, was quiet, beds were the comfiest I had during my travels. Will be staying here again on my return to Lisbon.

Great location for visiting all that Lisbon has to offer. Superb hotel, great value for money, very comfortable rooms. The staff are excellent, great check-in experience and friendly, efficient and professional help during my stay. Highly recommended. Nothing but ask for an upper floor if you don't to hear any noise from outside. This is not a negative just a preference if you are noise sensitive.
