Everything you would expect from a luxury hotel and more. Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a last minute change and needed to cancel one of our rooms and it was out of policy but the staff was super accommodating . It’s extremely difficult to get to the hotel by uber as it is in the main square where private cars are not allowed, so Ubers usually get lost. Better to get dropped off at Andaz one block away and walk.

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Katarina for making our check-in experience so welcoming and seamless—her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail set the tone for our entire stay. We were also fortunate to have incredible views overlooking the Lisbon stadium, which gave us the perfect spot to enjoy the lively World Cup watch parties and experience the excitement of the city from the comfort of our room. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional, providing genuine hospitality that went far beyond our expectations. The food, service, and attention to detail were outstanding, creating a truly memorable experience. We also greatly appreciated the hotel’s gracious flexibility in accommodating our late check-out request, which made our final hours in Lisbon even more enjoyable. Pousada de Lisboa is a true gem and the perfect choice for travelers looking for luxury, comfort, and authentic Portuguese hospitality in an unbeatable central location. We loved everything!
