It's central so everything is walking distance
-
Little natural light in the room (windows facing internal courtyard). Bed was comfortable but slightly tilted.
-
Noisy ventilation in the bathroom which could not be turned off. The price for the room was a little bit overvalued. .

The staff was very nice. The breakfast had a lot of options. I liked the window to the street, and the blackout curtains. There were a lot of channels on the TV with different options of languages. The key system was broken for a day, so we had to have someone bring us to our room, which they did quickly. The A/C would turn off automatically while sleeping so we'd get hot. The fan in the bathroom broke, so the room began to smell like strong mildew. This was the night we were leaving the next morning, so we closed bathroom door and let the staff know very early when we left.

Good location, good manager We asked two suites in the same floor because same family to take care 3 children. But they gave us less one bed to stay in same floor. They don’t have 2 beds rooms in same floor.

- The whole room was very clean. - The AC was quiet but efficient. - Breakfast was versatile and delicious. I loved that they had fresh and tasty pineapple, melon, strawberries and orange slices and whole wheat croissants. - The woman working at the reception was very kind. - Perfect, very central location. These are only some minor things compared to how great my experience was: - The room is very small, almost only as big as the bed, but I did not need more since I only needed it so sleep. - The shower took very long to get hot but after the first day I let it run until hot while I brushed my teeth for example. - The room has a carpet floor which I personally dislike due to hygiene reasons, but many hotels have that.

Location

The location was excellent, within easy walking distance to the waterfront, major sights, and a choice of restaurants. The staff, especially the bar/restaurant employees, went out of their way to be helpful. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and our luggage was immediately delivered to our room. Nothing. Everything was excellent.

Location was great. Horrible receptionist and check-in experience overall. Very rude, officious and obnoxious. Room was really small and had no fresh air. There was the very tiniest window that could be cracked about two inches and that it. There was no chair in the room - there would have been zero room to put one anyway. The sliding door to the bathroom was stuck open, so as you lay on the bed (remember, there was nowhere else to sit) you had to watch the your partner as they used the toilet!!! No privacy and gross! The AC controls were impossible to read - the placement of the them were such that you had to bend down and squint to read the very confusing control panel. There was zero light on it and the text was in the very tiniest font. The photos of the room type on the website are completely false advertising. If they told me I was going to stay in a non-functioning shoebox at that price, I’d have saved my money and slept in a back street. And it would have been helpful to have been warned that the construction crew in the next room (for it sounded that close) would start hammering walls at 7:30 am. Horrible. The bed was very comfortable, but that is the absolute only decent thing to say about the room.

Great location, very comfortable bed and extremely clean. The rooms were tiny. So small two people can't pass each other around the bed. No room for two suitcases. Don’t pay for the breakfast. It’s basically expensive granola. Try all the wonderful restaurants close by - better and cheaper. We asked them to organise an airport transfer. They didn’t, despite our reminding them twice, which they confirmed. The driver said no request was made. He did his best but we missed our connections. We are still trying to find new flights and hope to be home some day.

Clean, cozy, and in an amazing location, this hotel made our stay absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly accommodating and always on top of everything, making sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed throughout our trip. The lobby had delicious coffee and great food, which made it such a nice spot to relax before heading out to explore the city. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. The combination of excellent service, warm atmosphere, and perfect location made this stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lisbon — we would definitely come back again!
