The staff were very nice

The location The bed was too low and uncomfortable. I also had to request an invoice 3 times. Still have not received the invoice

Nothing! Breakfast was very poor and worse than the next door 3 star hotel Poor selection of fruits, ham, cheese, juices, Bathroom lacks towel hanger, was poorly lit, not provided with small-mid size towels even after claiming them at Reception This hotel is a scam and doesn't agree with its designation as a 4 stars hotel The soap dispenser of the shower was reported non operable and it was never fixed The only mirror is the one above the washbasin and is poorly lit. Hard to get a good shave The hotel seems to be understaffed and badly operated We feel that we overpaid! We didn't get what we paid for Breakfast Bathrooms

Terrible. Dirty, nasty carpet, bathroom was not clean. Ask front desk, lady was very nice but cleaners simple don’t do a good job. Nothing. It was just dirty. I can’t understand how this hotel is classified 4 stars. Charged the credit card ahead which make you be without option to do anything.

Excellent location. Breakfast was good and coffee was great. I think having a fitted sheet on the mattress would be more comfortable than flat sheet that kept shifting

The ovation and value were excellent. Close to all attractions, tours and transportation.

The hotel is a nice small hotel and the staff are great. Something to consider when staying here though is the noise at night. We were woken at 1:30 am and 3:30am by girls literally yelling and screaming and crying and police trying to control the situation. There were people all over the street. I get people are going to go out, and the is obviously out of the hotel’s control, just something you have to be mindful of happening when you stay right downtown. Otherwise we enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Perfect location.

The location is fantastic if you’re looking for a central location within easy walking distance to Lisbon’s great neighborhoods. They have king size beds which are almost impossible to find in Lisbon. The property and our room appeared clean, however there were some stains on the carpet in our room. Our only complaint was the pillows were uncomfortable. We had a king size bed, which was great, but tiny lumpy pillows. After our first night, we requested 2 more pillows and the staff brought them to our room within 10 minutes. ?

The air conditioning unit was intermittent. I had to call the reception several times to fix it.

Good location. Clean rooms. No where secure to store luggage before/after checkout. They watch it but it didn’t seem safe to us.

Location & Nice Staff. The Humidity In The Room Is Bad . Moisture Will Soak Your Clothes & Shoes If You Leave Them Near A Window There.

The location for us to be able to walk to the cruise ship in 10 minutes was awesome The location to downtown was all in walking distance the activity was very vibrant & lots of fun not to mention a tremendous amount of food restaurants We were quite happy with everything There was nothing wrong

Everything is good

Great location The room was incredibly dirty and reminiscent of a cheap Airbnb, additionally the room smelled of sewage to the extent that I had to sleep with the windows open in December.

The location was incredible, the rooms were big and comfertable, the staff was mostly nice and accomodating and as silly as this may sound, they had english speaking channels on TV and it was nice to have something to watch before falling asleep Also on my birthday they left me a nice surprise in the room, muffins and liquor and it was really surprising and heart warming. There's only one elevator and it is very slow. There was a constant issue with the AC, although it did work, sometimes it would shut off and not allow to turn on on cool mode until the staff fixed it. On the last night we had to ask for it twice, it just shut off while we were asleep and the heat woke us up, we had to ask the staff again.

Everything clean and in order. Room temperature was perfect, location is the best for this hotel. I stay only one night before taking a cruise and I was able to go to cruise port on foot with my bags, is really near the pier. Also very centrally located to walk the city. Bed needs improvement it wasn’t an issue for me but there was another client that was creating trouble for the hostess because of this. I slept very well.

For price it was amazing tbh. I expected less and found myself in a small single room but it's all I need as a solo traveller. bed and bathroom with a window. Minibar and tv. They held my luggage at the front for about 4 hours before my check in time which was great at no cost. Single bed was comfy, I didn't find it loud at all, and that's what most reviews complain about in Lisbon the most I find. Got a very restful nights sleep. Location is amazing too. Nothing bad to say at all.
