breakfast was minimal coffee was good location was good for the metro

Almofadas do quarto não eram muito confortáveis. A luz do detetor de fumo estava constantemente a apagar e acender e era um incomodativo.

All the member staff at the reception and housekeeping are amazing and helpful Furniture and breakfast are not as expected.

Staff is friendly, close to the metro and the city center, and in a quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, there is no central heating, and at night it gets cold unless you turn on the noisy air conditioner. Also, there is no soundproofing, so you can hear what's happening in your neighboring room or even in the any room on your floor.

The kids enjoyed the breakfast, although minimal and low grade. Old building which could benefit from some renovations. The bedding, bathroom, etc were clean but worn out.

The score is not the lowest because the hotel EXISTS and is near the subway. Other than that, please avoid this place. The rooms are NOT what they show in the photos. The room they gave me looked like a storage room where they set up a bed and that is it. The door didn’t even open entirely, before hitting the bed.

Nice location, staff very professional and friendly. It’s an old hotel and all is very clean. It was nice to have some toast, coffee, fresh bread. Simple but good. Linens clean and white made of cotton. Wry nice view. A balcony. I would go again. Location makes it worthy. Very good deal. We had a water problem in the building. Not the fault of hotel but inconvenient. The mattresses are old and springy. The walls are thin. Some guests are really inconsiderate smoking in balconies making a nice sunny wake up unto a smelly bar. That is not the hotels fault.

The place is a little dated, the shower was awkward and the hose didn't stay, but charming, clean and comfortable. The location is a little off the beaten path but the Parque metro stop is across the street. Excellent value and I would stay again.

Location was good. Metro station was nearby and by a lovely park. The room was not as advertised. Extremely small and cramped. I couldn't even open the front door all the way before hitting the side of the bed. I've never been in such a small room. Especially for the price I paid,($200+) I was expecting a proper nice decent room. It seemed hostel quality. Also in the room next to me they had some sort of loud construction going on as well. It seemed as if they were going to break through the wall of my room any minute. The fire alarm also kept going off one day as well. I asked to be changed to another room and they told me they didn't have any more rooms available.
