You can’t get more central than this! Perfect location, the room was a good size, very clean, nice modern design, the bed was great, and had everything you could need. They cleaned the room and changed the sheets and towels every day, which was very nice. We also had a lovely view from the window. They were kind enough to keep our luggage on the last day until our flight, at no extra cost. Overall, it was a really great experience. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the communication regarding the requirement to provide bank card details or a deposit at check-in. This was only communicated on the day of our arrival, which I found a little unpleasant, especially as we had been in communication for months and this was never mentioned, nor was it mentioned when we made the booking. I would therefore recommend being more transparent about this requirement in advance. Other than that, it was a really lovely stay!

The location, the size of the rooms, the staff. There was a weird smell of sewer from time to time.

I like that the hotel is very close to all the amenities, restaurants and transportation. Everything is walking dIstance and accessible. The area is vibrant and a perfect location to stay. Facilities is clean and the staffs are hospitable and accommodating. I also like that hotel offer breakfast at a fee. There are good selections of food for breakfast including fruits. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. I did not like that to reach to the elevator. I needed to climb the stairs one floor up. However, the hotel staffs help in bringing my luggage's up the floor to the elevator.

The location is excellent - we found staying so close to Rossio Plaza very convenient. The room was modern, and the air conditioning was fantastic. The staff were lovely.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room with lovely natural light The elevator was broken when I arrived and the staff were great. Offered to let me know when it was fixed so I could get my luggage to my room. All fixed quickly.

Exceptional

The staff at reception and during breakfast were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The location is outstanding, just 3 minutes from the waterfront and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. The train station, major attractions, and the historic city centre are all within easy walking distance. We couldn't have asked for a better location. There is not much not to like; the staff and location are a great trade-off.
