The location Staff Breakfast Room We were asked to stay at the hotel apartment building due to an issue with the elevator at the hotel building, which was fine to me, but the apartment building has a platform not an elevator that takes ages and ages to reach … it’s not great if you have big luggage

Great Location, near to Top sights in Lisbon. Main Square a one minute walk! Lift was out of order the entire length of our stay, not good climbing stairs when the Temperature was 39 degrees!

Located in the most touristy part of the city, everything was at walkable distance when we got there they told us the elevator was broken and we had to carry our bags up the stairs, a small inconvenience but worth pointing out

After six visits to Lisbon, this is the first hotel that truly felt perfect in every way. The location, room, design, breakfast, and service were all excellent, and everything felt carefully done without losing the warm and personal atmosphere. Honestly, nothing. My only regret is that I stayed for just two nights.

Staff was very helpful. The lift was nit working and we stayed on the 3rd floor. Going up and day especially with luggage was difficult.

The staff were amazing and they made our honeymoon stay special. The breakfast was very good and the location is extremely central. Our room was on the first floor and being so cental you can hear the street noise at night, with bars blasting music and people in the city streets.

We pre-booked a standard room at the The Lift Boutique Hotel for the 2 night Lisbon part of our trip. We met friends at the hotel and while they checked in to their room without an issue there was some confusion over our room. Next thing we new we were being escorted around the corner to the "Lift Apartments" where we were given the luxurious 5th floor apartment with a kitchenette, living room, huge washroom and amazing balcony. Loved it! It was perfect in every way -great, caring staff.

Staff were amazing. Super friendly and always attentive and willing to help. They really made the stay so comfortable. The location of the hotel is ideal, right in the centre and easy to get to. The lift wasn't working which made carrying luggage problematic. There was also a large leak in the restaurant throughout our stay which had the poor staff trying to manage as best they could and was inconvenient for customers eating breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location, pretty hotel and room, soft towels, luggage storage, comfy bed Elevator was out of service (staff carried my bags up to the room though), pillows were thin, and grout in the shower could use cleaning
