Local to the main streets of Lisbon. Staff was friendly and the hotel was very cozy! Bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but I’m also used to sleeping differently so maybe it was just my opinion.

TEMPO Personnel was efficient, friendly and ready to help in any way. Daniela, Joao, Rita, Guilherme, Cristian and Pedro made us FLH "feel like home". The well managed breakfast buffet offered fresh fruit, healthy choices, hot items like custom omelets and a variety of breads for all tastes. Available 24/7 were cakes, coffees, teas. Tempo is clean! clean! clean! Mattress firm, good shower, nice towels. Location in the very center of town. Nothing to add here; we had what we needed. Most important, cleanliness!

The staff is amazing. The location is very central to Lisbon. The morning breakfast is healthy, hearty and tasty. I highly recommend this place. It is comfortable and clean. There mayn't be a view, and yet it is convenient. Will come again here.

Our stay at Tempo FLH Hotels Lisbon was truly exceptional, and we enjoyed every single moment. The room was very clean, comfortable, and very well maintained throughout our stay. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always happy to assist with any question or request. We especially appreciated their kindness in arranging a taxi pick-up for our group to the airport. The hotel's central location is another major advantage. It is within walking distance of Lisbon's main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it unnecessary to rent a car. We explored the entire city comfortably on foot and by Uber from time to time, as everything was so conveniently close. We highly recommend Tempo FLH Hotels to anyone visiting Lisbon. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality and for making our stay such a wonderful experience. We look forward to returning in the future. The hotel's central location is excellent, but it can be difficult if you arrive by car. There is no parking or place to stop and unload your luggage. Since the hotel is on a busy main street, we had to stop for a few minutes on the sidewalk to unload our bags without blocking the traffic. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide guests with information about the best place to stop when arriving by car.

The room was clean and the space was well used good location Theres a reason they give you ear plugs ! Reception on 5th floor . Elevator only goes to 4th floor

Great location, close to restaurants, shops and public transport Issue with no hot water on the first morning of our stay- after some back & forth with the management, I accepted a partial refund of our first night’s stay.

Excellent and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast choices. Curtain needed to be fixed. Didn’t block out light. There should be a sign and luggage location to register. Registry should be on first floor.

Location and cleanliness Nothing

The room was extremely small, and the bathroom was located directly next to the bed, There is also no proper lobby or reception area on the ground floor, which felt unusual and uncomfortable. During our stay, the elevator was not working, and after a long and tiring day we were forced to climb the stairs. Our stay was far from what was advertised and absolutely not worth what we paid. For that price, we expected a quality, well-managed, and responsive hotel, which this property clearly was not.
