Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Mouldy shower. Broken toilet.

- There was a noise in the room, apparently coming from the AC (even with it turned off) like a water flow noise that drove me crazy at night -the shower box had a broken (missing) door, so all the water went loose hehe

We liked the fact that it was close to the center, clean and offers enough for what you need for a short stay. If you don't leave a note on the door for cleaning, it won't be done. On the second night, I left a note but they only made the bed and took out the trash, they forgot to leave us clean towels, shower gel and toilet paper. Of course, after we went to the reception to report the problem, it was resolved.

The facility was convenient, clean and offered on site food and small bar. Easy walk to laundry and restaurants. The styling / decor was very bare and modern. No particular charm. It could have in any town. Nice and clean..just minimalist.

I had a great stay at the Ibis Hotel in Sintra. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient—within walking distance, you can find a pharmacy, a Lidl supermarket, McDonald’s, and the CUF Sintra Hospital right across the street. The hotel offers parking, which is a big plus if you're traveling by car. It’s only about 10–15 minutes away from Sintra’s historic center, making it easy to explore the main attractions. Overall, it is a convenient and pleasant place to stay.

This place is perfect for being in the heart of lisbon, needing a comfortable clean room and the optional 10€ breakfast was good standard breads/paatries eggs beans fruit strong coffee, juices etc. Small thing, and i knew it in advance. Check in is normally 4pm. They had my room ready early and i had checked my bags in a locker at their front desk while i enjoyed a nearby park.

Location Quality if everything
-
Breakfast was ok Not very clean, staff not very helpful or a happy bunch to be honest
-
The sink was clogged, I reported and they never fixed, there was mold on the borders of the shower and the AC I was trying to activate the cool mode but all the time was in heat mode (is not a big deal that).
-
The shower curtain was broken, overall the stay was very good, exactly what to expect for the price, just not perfect.

Staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel itself was not worth it. The room was unfortunately not clean - the carpet was extremely dirty, the shower was not properly cleaned, and there was visible dust everywhere. The pillows were also very uncomfortable, and the room didn’t have a mini-fridge, which was very inconvenient. The location wasn’t ideal either - despite the name, it’s quite far from the main areas and not truly central. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in Lisbon.
