Room was super cute and clean. Bathrooms were clean and comfortable Hot water limiter by boiler volume, since requires some time to water warm up to.

All good I stayed in room 3 then 5 I didn’t like the room 3 was not a good internet connection

Clean and stylish interior. More hooks to hang things like a wet towel or a jacket. Needs more lighting in the stairwell, it was very dark. It was tough for us to bring our luggage up the stairway without and available elevator.

The location is excellent. Within 5min walk, there is a Pingo Doce. You can buy everything. Propose to buy the 500g shrimp and cook in the kitchen in the hotel. It has microwave, fridge, plates and knifes. It is the first stop for bus 760, which takes you to the downtown center. We bought day pass and maximize the use of it. Highly recommend this. The bus takes you from airport by 708/744 and the 760 takes you home from city center if you play late. The subway is about 15-20min walk and pls buy your ticket there in advance for next day. It is safe in general. It is in a local in a residential area so please expect some trash boxes outside the building and some parking on the road. There are two floors. Mostly one for female and the other for male. There are two toilets on each floor so it is very convenient. The cleaning service is good. The interior decoration of the apartment/hotel is really clean and new and organized. It has all necessary facilities in the small room. Just a reminder that the two bed room has a smaller window to the Air shaft / Light well. But it has no problem to change the fresh air. There is no mosquitoes so it is OK. But if you want sunshine, pls chose to the bigger rool.

The check-in was so easy, and it felt like you stayed in a friend's apartment. Really comfortable, quiet and clean. There was not really any bad site to it.

When we got into the rooms, the beds were two separate twins, instead of it put together. I got a room for two people and I assumed that the beds were going to be together, but overall, it was a good spot.

The cleanliness of room and bathroom were great. The location was near the bus stop and in a safe neighborhood. You couldn't lock yourself from the inside of the room. The main door of the building was always open so not secure. And like others have mentioned, everyone gets the same code for access to the floors and it's not unique.

Parking was a problem ; room was rather cold

Close to the City Center and public transport. Poor ventilation, heating and facilities. Security needs to improve as well. It was a self check in and out. Nobody to respond with queries.

Safe and clean. They were so helpful about early check in. It is 30min walking distance from city center.

Very comfortable and clean room. The bathroom was also very clean and whilst shared, only designated to 2 rooms so I never needed to wait. Great location near metro station, direct bus from train station and near Parque Eduardo VII. But equally not as hectic as staying closer to town would have been. Confusion about self check-in and it was frustrating not being able to speak to someone in person or phone. In their defence, it was corrected within 10 mins via WhatsApp messages. The door to get into the hostel on Level 2 was very narrow and was a challenge trying to get luggage in and out.

Room seemed relatively clean and spacious. Within walking distance of the city center. Booked a twin room but got a double with only one bed, contacted the property and never got any response. I was also charged several days before the stay despite the booking saying I can pay at check-in.

Key and how room can be locked. Literally it isn't locked.

There was nothing to like. Nothing was as advertised, property advertised as close to the airport. It is 10km away, it was dark and dirty and there was no parking. Money was taken from my account even though the add said that you will pay at the property. DO NOT TRUST THIS Hotel.
