Elegant remodeling of train station building with amazing river views. Excellent breakfast in a charming hotel. Great bed! Everything was good!

Very good

Nice hotel located beside train station Unfortunately there was an unpleasant odour upon entering which apparently was for to a leakage of some sort
-
Close to the railway station and the historical centre too. Good bed. Normal size room. This is a real, a little noisy railway station.

Location although it was difficult to find entry door. Lovely touch to have free mini bar included. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Limited information of restaurants and bar.

Location was ideal given both train station and bus stop. Loved the air conditioning, it worked really well and was cold!
-
Good location. Staff very helpful. Bedroom was nice despite small. The downside of having transport close by is that we could hear and feel the metro inside the room.

The ode to all the historical train equipment and facilities was a nice touch. The staff were quite nice and accommodating

Unique decor, clean, comfortable beds. We felt we were a bit away from the centre. But on the other hand conveniently located right at Santa Apolonia for the return trip from Porto.

The Reception area is quiet striking leaving you in no doubt that you are in a train station .The room was spacious with very high ceilings .I liked the Bar and Restaurant area staff were very attentive. Had an early check out so didn't get to try the breakfast! I loved the near by Alfama neighbourhood ! Unfortunately my room didn't have much of a view . The corridors offer old word charm but feel a little soulless!

Really convenient location, being connected to the train station made my commuting all the more easier. Clean Room, decent buffet breakfast. Great views.

Only positive is that Location worked well for us This is not a 5-star hotel, but 2-star. The Wi-Fi was extremely weak and unstable, making it almost impossible to work, despite booking the hotel specifically for a business trip. On August 13th and 14th, both water and electricity were unavailable for several hours. Our messages requesting assistance were completely ignored, and when we reported the issue at reception, there was not even an apology. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Overall, a very disappointing experience and far below 5-star standards.

Historic wing of current station with nice blend of modern facilities and period touches from the age of grand travel. Great breakfast in the classic bar/dining room. Very quiet and helpful friendly staff. Walking out of the lounge straight into the station feels like an Agatha Christie novel Short of full modern facilities like pool, gym, spa outside terrace etc, so don’t go if that matters to you. Construction site across road but no disturbance during my stay.
