The place was clean and modern. I loved the bathroom, my room's size, and the hotel's style. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. My friend stayed at the hotel next door, but preferred ours.

The staff are AMAZING! They made us feel so welcome and would be so kind to help us with everything we needed at anytime. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They exceeded support for an accessible room for my daughter by brining us a shower chair and changing our rooms so she had more space for her equipment. We were sad to leave.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Rodrigo, who made our mornings brighter with his warm smile and kindness. ❤️ The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect. Everything was just right, and we would happily return in the future. Highly recommended!

Overall, this is a good facility but it comes with its own catches. First of all, the cleaning services are only available if you stay 7 days or longer. They provide you with fresh towels if you ask, but your request never goes through in the first attempt. The mattresses are also very soft, both my wife and I left the facility with back pain. On the positive note, staff are incredibly helpful and polite.

A beautiful aparthotel. Emily was there to check us in and could not have been more helpful. Check in was easy and quick. The rooms were beautifully decorated,well equipped and modern. The beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect,close to metro and short walk to get to shops / restaurants. Could not have faulted our short break 10/10 Nothing....was a perfect short break

The staff were really friendly and approachable. The hotel lobby was lovely and inviting. Considering the high cost we had paid for 6 nights, we had higher expectations from a service and hospitality perspective given we had stayed with Wilde aparthotels before. We had complained to the staff after the first night stating there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom drainage. We had to chase this 4 times during the trip and in the end we're fed up of repeating this to them. There was no improvement nor communication to rectify the issue. We informed the staff that the bicycle seat in the gym was broken on day 1. Throughout our 6 day trip it was not replaced or fixed. Half way through our stay, we came back to our room late at night to find our bedroom door was open, the staff at the front desk thanked us, stating that it must have bee the cleaning team and then apologised - a great deal more could have been done.
