We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Lisbon. The location is excellent, very close to Marquês de Pombal, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, shops, and many beautiful areas to walk around. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything made our stay feel easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon and looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay.

Hotel was very clean, location was great, area is safe and close to places to eat and shop. Although the entire staff was friendly and helpful, the gentleman that welcomes folks to breakfast was truly exceptional. He was extremely warm and friendly as we entered for breakfast and seemed to remember everyone. On more than one occasion, I saw him giving sightseeing recommendations. I went to breakfast one morning with my 1 and 4 year old grandsons. The 4 year old made a mess when he accidentally dropped his plate. He was so gracious and warm!! He made breakfast feel as though I was with family.

Staff were wonderful! Sergio in the dining room is the goodwill ambassador for Lisbon. Vera at the front desk was so helpful with dining recommendations. Limited parking for pick up and drop off by uber.
