Location and cleanness There is no trash bin at any place within the hotel, neither at the floors or at the lobby. The restaurant needs to relook at the menu and the variety. Also the hotel price was a little higher than the other hotels within the area. The bar prices was too much higher than any places, the bar prices was expensive.

Beautifully modern Nothing to dislike.

Location was good as it is close to some restaurants The bar food was not good. Swimming pool use was not easily available for a 5 star hotel.

Location. Size of the room. When we arrived at the hotel, the room I had reserved was not ready for check-in, so they offered us the Royal Marquês de Pombal Suite for an additional 400 euros per day. Since it had a large dining and living area, we accepted it to receive our business partners. However, for the price, there were many shortcomings. Very poor lighting in the bathroom in front of the mirror and sinks. The wall-mounted soap dispenser was extremely difficult to use. The bidet, although comfortable, had no soap available since it was only provided in the shower and by the sink. The shower control was loose and fell on my foot. There was no restocking of coffee and other amenities. When we requested an extra 30 minutes for checkout, they categorically refused without offering any alternatives—even a paid one. There was no assistance with our luggage upon arrival or departure. A lot of money for little service and many issues.

We came in late during the power outage without a reservation. This was the 4th hotel we tried, the other ones were full. They were extremely helpful although they did not have a room directly. They comforted us by telling that they were not going to let anyone sleep on the street. After a meal in the restaurant, we were given two rooms so we could shower and sleep. We could not have been more thankful with the help!

It’s a quality hotel in service, friendly and good breakfast. Pay attention to detail, smile and service oriented. Only to picky is located a bit uphill, but that’s what all Lisbon about! The shower room floor might slippery

The location is quiet, and I was satisfied with my room overall. I want to commend the breakfast and the breakfast staff; they were attentive and friendly. The SPA receptionist was very kind and welcoming, and I genuinely appreciate her friendly service! However, I had a very unpleasant experience during check-in. A middle-aged male receptionist, who was tall and thin and spoke with a strong accent in English, addressed me in a loud and harsh tone when I asked him to repeat himself because I couldn't hear clearly. His attitude was highly disrespectful. I couldn't help but feel discriminated against, possibly because we are from Asia. Although the overall room service was satisfactory, this experience has led me to decide not to stay here again.

We liked everything in this lovely hotel. Each employee was doing the best to assist if it was needed. The breakfast - even the most picky person will find something what he/she desires. Check out time at 11:00AM, none of the hotels I’ve been staying have such an early checking out time. You need to ask for a late check out if check out needed at noon

It was clean. Very Clean. The Breakfast was over-priced relative to cost of breakfast in Lisbon.
