The interior, aesthetic and design; the breakfast; the friendly staff and Pollete the dog Would have preferred a large mirror outside the bathroom; bumped my head on the low hanging lights.

The hotel is small and intimate, rooms are spacious and equipped with everything, the garden is quiet and relaxing, and the staff is adorable, helpful and super friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at toctoctoc Lisboa. Although it is located slightly off the main streets, it is still just a short walk to the city center, which made it very convenient. The property is quite unique, with quirky and charming décor that gives it a lot of character. When we walked into our room, it genuinely felt like a high-end luxury hotel. During our two-week trip to Portugal, we stayed in three boutique hotels, and toctoctoc had by far the most comfortable bed and the most luxurious bedding. In the morning, we had a delicious breakfast with a great selection of homemade jams, fresh fruit, charcuterie, and a variety of breads, plus additional made-to-order items. No complains

A surprise - a little bohemian but absolutely in all the right ways. Exceptional staff and service and charming environment that I would recommend to my pickiest friends. Nothing - except there weren’t any very close good bars and restaurants, but the walk did me good anyway! This place is a find!

My stay at toctoctoc was exceptional! Everyone on the staff were wonderful, and went above and beyond including helping members of my party arrange transportation for travel after our time in Lisbon. The property itself was gorgeous and cozy, with so many gathering spaces to spend time. The breakfast was fantastic and I highly recommend you include it when you stay there. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a quaint, unique setting and I loved the terrace with the honesty bar. Close proximity to many good eateries. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the daily breakfast bar was delicious and I loved seeing Polette the golden retriever each day. Our room was a little too dark for my liking and the cement floor was a bit chilly on the feet. I didn’t expect the bathroom lighting to be so dark either.

Everything was lovely, from the staff to the breakfast, and the daily cake! We really liked the location and were happy to be away from the busy streets of Baixa, Chiado, and Cais do Sodré, but we were close enough to walk or hop on the trolley or bus. They also gave a map of helpful recommendations around town. We enjoyed walking to the gardens in Príncipe Real for an evening drink outdoors. Highly recommend. Nothing.

TocTocToc is full of delightful surprises. There are so many of them that to fully explore the property and savor everything it has to offer you should make it a destination and not hurry away after just a night or two. What we will remember most is how genuinely and exceptionally warm, welcoming, attentive and helpful all the staff members are. Then there’s the property. Every bedroom is unique. There are multiple interesting common areas inside and a delightful outdoor garden. Every single space is artfully furnished and decorated with interesting accessories from around the world. Beds are exceptionally comfortable, the bed and bath linens are special. Breakfast is huge treat, with a variety of delicious, quality offerings including freshly baked breads, home-made jams and specialty cheeses. Location is great. It’s an easy walk from the Rato station with just one transfer to the airport. No spoiler alert in this review. You will have to book a stay to discover what else is special that I didn’t include here.

This place is a treasure in Lisbon, especially for people who appreciate thoughtful details and ah-mazing decor. I was continually delighted at Toctoctoc. I can't think of anything except this. Being a small boutique hotel, I wasn't able to check in early. Totally understood but would have been excited about that. *I was able to drop luggage and be in the common areas, if desired.*

The property is very charming and unique. The breakfast was unbelievably good with homemade yoghurt, homemade granola, homemade jams, freshly squeezed fruit juice, tons of fresh fruit, chia pudding, cheeses and wonderful freshly baked breads. They will also make eggs any way on request. Lastly, the staff were welcoming, helpful and kind. It was a wonderful stay.

We loved the vibe. Fun, interesting, creative decor and furnishings but not at all pretentious; comfortable room, quiet location walkable to the center, very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfasts, coffee and tea always available, an honesty bar, and a gorgeous, affectionate golden retriever named Paulette! Concrete floors in the rooms are cold - no big deal, just bring slippers or cozy socks.
