The bathrooms and showers were gross and not completely functional. There was no soap in any dispenser. All plumbing fixtures were half or fully broken. Lots of stairs, don't ho here if you have accessibility issues.

Breakfast is great. Lounge is great. Staff very helpful Bathroom and showers too small and not well cared for. Stairs only acces. No AC in the rooms

Very nice and helpful stuff. Comfy beds have curtains, clean bedsheets, and there is an electric socket to charge your gadgets and small light by each of them. There is an option to stay in the female dorm and use a "female-only" bathroom, which is good for solo travelers. The breakfast was great, there was plenty of everything. There is also a bar and a patio where you can relax, and you can leave your luggage in a storage after checking out fpr a couple of extra hours, ⁸which is also very convenient. It is an old building that doesn't have an elevator but all rooms are on the upper floors. The hostel employees do their best to help, but for people who have a number of heavy bags or some knee/foot problems it still can be challenging.

Staff was so helpful, they have been asking all the time if i need something not to hesitate to ask. Big thanks to the amazing guy Miguel. Cheers. The breakfast can be improved a bit.

There is a very peaceful area within the secured complex that I enjoy listening to the birds and smoking alone. The entire front desk staff and cleaning staff were outstanding and super friendly and helpful. I thought that the breakfast was great. There is one younger employee whose job description MUST BE to search the internet while blocking the guests from eating, cleaning their dishes and accessing anything. He walks around the dining area with his face buried in his phone without regard of the guests.

Balcony was good . Free luggage room. Breakfast are fine. To be honest from staff. They do not know working. Especially someone stole my coke without my permission to throw it. And he told me slung word on my face because i asked where it is. In the nighy there was no pillow in my bed. And when I asked he told me " go and wait outside of my face , and i will bring to you" I am traveler since the 2017 and never seen this attidute in my life. Rude and uneducated people are working in there who does not know how to talk customer! And even i could not change the hostel due to Location is very bad. it is almost impossible to go without uber. Not close to metro station. The beds have bedbugs and when I asked the staff told me " you must bring it from other hostel! " And even they do gossiping about me to the customers like I am a dramatic person because of their attidutes. Of course. I was holding myself to call the police due to their behavior. Insecured and never friendly people live in there. Price is a lot for dirtyness. You cannot make friends. If you have even little self- confidence , do not go there ! Never again !

The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the metro, and near some inexpensive restaurants. The room was comfortable, and the beds had privacy curtains. The breakfast was good.

Too conjustid toilets and shower as well the beds it's too difficult to climb on the top bed
-
Bad experience
-
Big size room, seating area, trace and easy access kitchen
-
the showers are small, messy and uncomfortable, there is no place to put towel or personal items

Staff was very friendly and helpful in all requests. The area around the hostel is pretty and quiet with lots of stores like galleries, clothing and more. Walking towards the waterfront or central Lisbon is also very easy. The room (10 bunk beds) was spacious. Good breakfast options too. Mattresses were uncomfortable, rather soft and lacking support. Also climbing the stairs in the bunk beds proved a bit tricky as they're screwed totally vertical and their spacing seemed wide. The shower rooms were clean but the absence of window/s makes moist an issue, especially when they get busy.

Great location near the basilica La estela and the park to get the tranvia 28E Too many stairs to go up
-
Location!!! Bathrooms too small, doors hit the knees.

They are not provided towel for bath. Why we book a hotel or hostel? We need sleep well and fresh. That day inside the room very hot. They not provided a fan. They will charge extra 10 euro for fan and towel. It is horrible. I never recommended to anyone this hostel.
