Amazing location, breakfast, and ease of booking/ friendly and helpful staff. I booked last minute because i had to cancel my original reservation. They were super accommodating to the spontaneous booking and gave me all the information for checkin within 5 min. As a woman traveling alone I was worried about potentially picking a bad area, but this was in a super safe location. Highly recommend. Nothing!

Fantastic location very accessible to many fun parts of Lisbon that stay open later than but is tucked away enough to avoid most of the sound. Bathroom had an odd smell. The bed was a little lopsided and the fitted sheet was not big enough for the mattress so it was coming off the mattress throughout the night (as was not fully on the mattress when we first arrived since it did not fit).

The bed in rm.5 had a huge hump in the middle. I had to get up at 3 am to go to airport. I didnt speep well in the bed, but it could have been because I was anxious about waking up on time.

The Room was very big and spacious

Amazing location and such great value. It was really nice to get breakfast each morning before exploring, and it was really fresh and tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they helped me get rid of a cockroach! We walked pretty much everywhere, which was very easy to do from there.

Close to parking and restaurants No sheets (really, only a bottom sheet and a comforter) no person to tell you which room is yours - or where bathroom for room is or how to get in building . The had messaged several times about when i would be arriving so that i could be met. I answered immediately that it would not be late, we would arrive at 6:15pm. It was 6:17 when we arrived and could reach no one until we stopped another guest to get another phone number other than the one given on Booking. My policy is usually , if you dont have anything nice to say, dont leave a review, but i felt it should be said. I must have caught them at a bad time.

Room itself; fast support through What’s up; Isabella is amazing! + great breakfast; self check-in; convenient location (if travelling without car); room temperature; decent Wi-Fi; an opportunity to leave our luggage after check out so that we can explore the city for a little before departure Hard to say :) I liked it a lot

Good price, fast service, cozy and friendly staff The shower was not ideal for me as im quite tall and did not quite fit but it did still work

The host was kind and friendly during breakfast. She answered most of my questions via text. The acoustics were terrible and the bathroom wasn't attached to the room. This wasn't clear. The bathroom window was also to the courtyard that was visible during breakfast. The wifi was also unstable and resulted in me having to find a coworking place to pay for stable internet.

Room was big with large balcony doors that opened up to the street. Very clean but did have a bit of a musty smell. We kept the doors open with the fan on and that helped tremendously. Breakfast was simple but fresh and good! Great location and close walk to many restaurants/bars. About a 10-15 walk to pink street! Musty smell and shower could use some updating!

Location Very old. Not upgraded

The location is perfect for exploring the river district and the city streets, with lots of nice little cafes and restaurants where you can sit to rest your feet and people-watch. My room at Asul was bright, clean, and comfortable. Pedro and Luana are both lovely, very friendly and kind - this would be a great place to stay for more than a few days.

Location was great. Mosquitoes and no air conditioning. The a/c was a floor unit that had an exhaust tube. Only problem was exhaust tube was not hooked up. So exhausted the hot air back into the unit.

Communication was terrible. There was no response to the email address provided by Booking.com; the phone number provided by Booking.com and the phone number on the street signage were both incorrect and went through to people who are no longer employed by Asul B&B. Consequently we waited on the street for an hour before we convinced an ex staff member to put us in touch with the manager. The pictures on Booking.com were misleading; in reality the place felt more like a youth hostel with makeshift shelving, no bed heads, adjoining doors nailed shut and our external private bathroom was down a public corridor. The private kitchen was in fact a shared facility.

Lovely house in the very heart of Lisbon, on a rather quiet part of a lively street. Breakfast is more or less fictitious - sometimes someone makes it for you, other times not. Coffee is pretty bad. But the staff is so lovely that you kinda forget about it all.

Warm friendly staff and great location. Breakfast was lovely.

A very nice stay in perfect walking distance to the time out market and the bars of bairro alto! Luana made it feel like home and took extra care of us during the national electricity outtage, thank you very much!
