B in B Lisbon Downtown Suites

It had beautiful decor, clean, comfortable, in walking distance to shops/restaurants, towels, soaps, wine as a bonus gift, wifi, easy access with key card, organized check in and check out, helpful staff Small restroom and shower (too difficult to maneuver inside, not good for anyone remotely heavy/large in size), watered-down body soap, mattress was dipping a bit, had to walk up several flights of stairs to get to the rooms

No elevator or someone to assist with luggage

Great location for exploring central Lisboa but on a quiet street. I didn’t check my messages carefully and did not have check in instructions. Luckily, someone was entering and the staff responded to my message quickly.

lovely owners who were very communicative! made check in and arrival extremely easy. when we arrived, we were greeted with a bottle of wine waiting on the table for us which we enjoyed over a pastel de nata that we took back to the room with us while sitting in cushy white robes overlooking the balcony. 10/10 experience! before we left, we also enjoyed the complimentary nespresso in cute little espresso glasses. conveniently located .2 miles from the center of the city, it was an easy 5-6 minute walk from the station. would come back here again and again and again!

This place is exceptionally well located and the hosts have thought of everything. There is great attention to detail and it’s spotlessly clean. It’s uniquely situated inside an old building and it’s clear that a lot of thought and consideration has gone into it. While small, our room had everything!

This is a price performance hotel at an excellent location in Lisbon. At the arrival there was a complimentary cheese plate and a bottle of wine. The roomed cleaned everyday and there was always a complimentary chocolate or cookie when we arrived. While we were totally OK, travelers who will stay should note that the room is really very small. You need to climb 2 floors with steep stairs. Also a note to the cleaner, as the room is small and the bed is high enough, if you clean the space under the bed properly we could actually put our luggage there to earn more space in the room/

On a quiet street with easy access to great restaurants, shops and sightseeing.Quick walk to Alfama, Baixo and Chiado. Easy access by card. The building was clean and the apartment was immaculate. The bathroom and the wc were a complete disaster. I had never experienced anything like this. I believe they converted a closet to a wc and a shower. We had two small backpacks and we had a very hard time fitting in the room with them. The door of the room is literally on the stairway of the building so you can hear everyone coming in and out

Excellent communication from owners. Very clean and offering nice amenities. It was a nice surprise to receive a welcome gift! Bed very comfortable. You can tell that a lot of attention was given to providing excellent customer service. Note, room is very small.

Just like many European hotel it was very small. Which was alright for our one night stay. And it is a very cute room. But the shower is extremely small. My husband and I are small people so we were ok but wondered how any one larger would fit.

Location was great for getting around Lisbon! Be prepared for how small it is…

The room felt a bit small, and I experienced a little claustrophobia due to the bed being positioned right in front of the door. Improving the signage for locating the hotel would greatly enhance the guest experience. While the videos sent for retrieving the key and finding the room were helpful, some of them didn’t work properly. It would be beneficial to ensure all links are functioning. We ended up asking for directions at the coffee shop next door, which worked out, but clearer instructions would streamline the process. Overall, with some adjustments, the experience could be much smoother for future guests.
