Cais Urban Lodge

We liked the location as it's close to the plaza and waterfront. We liked that someone greeted us when we arrived to hand us the keys and check us in. We also enjoyed the option of having breakfast delivered every morning. We would have like a door between the kitchen/bedroom spaces for more privacy. Also, the mattresses were a little hard. Communication between the guests and hosts (via WhatsApp) can improve, as I felt like a repeated myself a lot.

Nothing, it was a total rip off. There is no reception, the building furniture is not well -kept, the decor is not encouraging. the bath really unconfortable and dangerous. No internet, they could not fix it in three days. The staff did not respond to my needs. The room was dirty. The bathroom was very uncomfortable, the toilet paper was recycled paper!!!!

Perfect location, clean, and comfortable

Great location and appreciated how quick the lodge was at communicating and also appreciated them allowing us to check in an hour early The stairs were a little intimidating going up and down as there’s no railing and it’s narrow. Just hold on to the sides and you should be fine

Great location. Nice room with very comfortable beds. Within walking distance of most sights such as arches. Pink street etc. Lovely hosts who met us for check in. We paid for daily breakfast, but didn’t feel it was great value for the cost. They were trying to make improvements, but I don’t think I would purchase next time as not on site and had to be brought to your room. There are many restaurants nearby with great food.

Location was perfect and was right at the bottom of pink street. Bathroom and shower were moldy and smelt very bad also outdated and just poorly maintained.

Location and spacious room. 5th balcony was great. Elevator didn’t work the day of checkout. Team had someone carry down luggage. No checkin desk at hotel. Staff can quickly but storing luggage had to happen at sister hotel.

Great location, very comfortable. After a long travel day this was the perfect place to rest. The room is huge, bed and pillows are comfortable, and the black out curtains are a huge plus! And considering it’s proximity to pink street, it was SO quiet. Check in was a bit tough to figure out because the reception is in a separate building, and we did not have an international cell phone plan and were reliant on wifi, so it was a bit tough to communicate. But once we did, everything flowed smoothly, And they stored our bags and got us an early check in!

Very Nice remodel of an older building, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just ok.

The shower pressure was a bit strange and hard to regulate. A washing machine would have been useful.

!!Warning!! Very loud club playing music until 6am! Couldn't sleep even with the provided earplugs and the accommodation's best efforts to shut out the noise. If you aren't in Lisbon to party stay somewhere else! Strangely the accommodation provided teabags but no kettle to make tea :( Beds not great. 2 singles pushed together with a huge gap.

Amazing location

The main room could use an additional trash bin. The beige shower tile slab has s very slippery when wet, could use a rubber mat to prevent accidents especially since it is a step up from the shower basin. The way the shower is designed, there is no way to prevent this tile slab from getting wet and very slippery. Bathroom could use a little more light. It is nice during the day but at night, it is very very dim.

Great location, super unique!

Great location if you don't mind a bit of walking. Spacious room, lots of light. No reception, makes it a bit difficult to access, need to phone for someone to come over to give you entry cards. Had some problem with the cards, so had to call again. No place to store luggage except 5 minutes walk away. No closets, just open hangers. Showers take about 5 minutes to run hot. Couldn't get heating controls to work. Should have had a coffee maker.
