Corpo Santo Lisbon Historical Hotel

Faultless!! From the moment we walked in until when we left. Staff were so helpful and could not do enough for you. The unlimited ice cream and snacks were a gorgeous touch and on every floor too. And the mini bar. So much water and drinks and cocktail hour! Great rooms with best showers . Breakfast freshly cooked and delicious. Perfect location. Beautiful lounge downstairs. This was a different league of 5 star hotel Nothing it was incredible

Exceptional service of staff from front of house to back highly recommend and should be recognised how they go above and beyond. Nothing just awesome !!

Amazing location Nothing

The staff was amazing! Patricia in the morning breakfast was a bright face each day and had many wonderful things to share! The room was absolutely Stunning! The snack options throughout the day and complimentary hotel mini bar and comfortable slippers were a joy. The location was beautiful and it was convenient to navigate to many different places in the city. With an architectural surprise in the basement!!! A custom shower light experience with music and relaxation. The most exquisite hotel of our trip! We loved everything.

The Corpo Santo is an excellent hotel! Staff are welcoming, friendly, and go the extra mile to make your stay feel special. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and vibe, feels relaxed and quiet, the decor is modern, rooms and public areas spotlessly clean. Cleaning staff are thorough and you get a daily room clean and turn-down service in the evening. We loved the treats in the lobby (including the ice cream machine!!), and the treats near the lift on our floor. We enjoyed the spa, and cocktail hour in the evenings. The complementary mini-bar was a really nice touch as well. Breakfasts were filling and tasty and served by genuinely lovely people. There is nothing we didn't like - 11/10!

The staff, the location, the rooms Understaffed at breakfast created an atmosphere of pressure, dishes did not arrive, mixed the orders between the tables. Not that functional. Wish they had a fresh gluten free bread, the one in the plastic bag didn’t taste well

Clean, tidy and good location Nothing really

The Corpo Santo is now my favourite hotel. We'd seen the reviews (that's why we booked) so knew to expect exceptional service, but it still exceeded our expectations. Every single staff member was so friendly and helpful, as a company they have successfully instilled a culture of wonderfully friendly service. But alongside that, a hundred little touches - the free mini-bar. The basement lounge built around ancient ruined walls, which give the hotel its name. The pastries delivered to the room. The excellent breakfast. And in our case - it was the day of the solar eclipse, so the hotel sent us a note to remind us, and to offer us viewing glasses. Of course they did. Nothing.

We stayed at the Corpo Santo Historical Hotel in Lisbon for 4 nights and it was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful luxury touches throughout. The chromotherapy showers were a standout feature and made every shower feel like a spa experience. Housekeeping included a lovely turn-down service each evening, and we were pleasantly surprised to find practical amenities like a full-size flat iron, ironing board, and a proper full-size iron provided in the room. The hotel goes above and beyond in every way. The on-site restaurant was excellent, and breakfast each morning was truly wonderful with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. We also made full use of the hotel’s spa, which offered a relaxing and well-equipped full-service experience that added so much to our stay. One of the most impressive aspects of the hotel is the range of complimentary perks. The free daily walking tours were a fantastic way to explore Lisbon and learn more about the city. In the lobby, there were always snacks available along with soft-serve ice cream, which was a fun and unexpected treat. In the evenings, the wine tastings created a warm and social atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a day of sightseeing. A true highlight of the hotel is its historical character. In the lowest level, you can actually see a preserved section of the 14th-century Fernandina wall, which adds a unique and authentic sense of history to the entire property. Overall, Corpo Santo Historical Hotel exceeded all expectations. The combination of luxury, comfort, history, and outstanding service makes it one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. A truly wonderful boutique hotel that exceeded our expectations. Beautifully designed and impeccably maintained, with spacious, modern rooms and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional, always attentive and greeting you with a genuine smile. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and a real highlight of the stay. Everything was simply perfect from start to finish - a 100% wonderful experience!

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous central location. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The GM Paulo was on hand to greet us every day, this was a lovely personal touch. The hotel was spotlessly clean, rooms were spacious and well stocked, and the food and beverage options were plentiful. Breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit, breads and preserves daily, as well as a choice of hot and cold menu options. We had a fabulous time and will definitely return. Very minor point, I did order a pillow from the 'pillow menu' but it never arrived! This did not detract from the comfort of my stay though.
