Clarify which floor in the building. I wish the host would have informed me of 4th floor without elevator.

The room size was good, the room was clean and the air-conditioning worked well The rooms are located on the 4th and 5th floor of an old building, the staircase was narrow and the steps were steep. The baby cot was an extra charge and was not ready beforehand. Slow response time from the customer service.

Nothing - absolutely worst Everything - it’s located in one of the shittiest location and you don’t wanna stay there with your family

Close to the city center, spacious, comfy bed. Easy to access. Yes its true that the neighborhood seems a bit shady at some point but it only takes 2 blocks of walking to get to the most touristy areas. Found it funny that they have “Rituals” shampoo and body soap when it’s clearly refilled with a cheap one

Bathroom had abit of a smell and shower flooded sometimes.

Check in was at 3 Pm and we went at 3Pm but our room was not clean, we needed to wait for our room to be clean.

Location. Didn’t feel super safe although being right beside police station helped.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We tried to contact the host multiple times before and after check-in via the provided phone number, but received no response to our calls or messages. There was also an electrical issue in the apartment — on the first day, the power outlets were not working, which caused significant inconvenience. Additionally, the stairs were extremely narrow and difficult to climb. Although the listing mentioned the 4th floor, in reality it felt like the 5th floor, which made access even more challenging. The room itself was quite small and did not meet our expectations. Overall, we would not recommend this property. The only positive aspect was the location, which was very central and close to everything

The room was all that we needed. Sure it felt a little small and there wasn't a ton of room around the bed but for us that was a non-issue! We stayed here on our honeymoon and it felt private, secure, and good location! Also the bathroom was great! It's the only thing I took a photo of in the whole place for some reason.

Black out shades were perfect!! Within 10minutes walking distance to main attractions, host was very nice and friendly. Allowed us to drop off luggage early. Beds were hard and location was a little dicey. Plus lots of stairs... be prepared. The rooms are very small I wouldnt book for more than 2 people.

Centrally located

Nice modern room. Felt safe for solo traveller, the entry had two doors with keypad and then a key for own room, cameras in building, host lives on second floor with his family. The ground floor is a small kiosk for lotto / cigarettes etc during the day and hosts brother works there. Staff were very nice. I was allowed leave my bags in the room before it was cleaned as I arrived early. The area just down from apartment did not seem the safest at night. I did not want to walk back after dark. On check out I was told I could leave my bags in the kiosk for €4 until 18.00 but when I went there they said no, on a Saturday they close at 13.00 so I had to bring my bags elsewhere!

Nothing Extremely complicated check in procedure No one answer the number listed on booking Very loud and dangerous neighborood (just check the comments about the near by metro station) The place was dirty when we arrived, we even found a used bandage... And finally the room didn't fit the pictures at all.
