Heart of Lisbon

I cannot rate most of it, because when I arrived and finally managed to get someone on the phone, they told me that they were closed and the business had been sold. They also informed me that Booking.com had been informed of this. I had to go online and book somewhere else, which I did through your website. Please advise me how I claim a refund

The location is great so it’s a shame that this place isn’t better looked after. The property was filthy and mould growing in the bathrooms and bedroom. Wasn’t expecting the ritz but at least clean room and bedding. Only 1 bathroom working to be shared with all other rooms

nothing This hotel is completely different from what’s shown on the platform—it’s a scam! All guests have to share a single shower and toilet, while the others are broken. Every time, we had to waste a lot of time waiting. Also, when I checked in, my room door couldn’t open at all, and even the staff couldn’t open it—it was a damaged room. Every day after that, we had to call staff each time we returned to get the door opened, wasting even more time and seriously disrupting our travel plans. Also, the blanket on the bed was very old, covered in lint balls and stains. The hotel staff is also not appear during the hours listed on the platform, and they’re impossible to find. They don’t answer the phone, and on check-in day, we waited 40 minutes before someone picked up（It was raining all day, and we were stuck outside unable to get into the room）. Plus, the bathroom had no toilet paper, no hairdryer, no shampoo—nothing. It was incredibly basic. On top of that, they purposely ignore your messages. I sent several messages for days, but they read them and never replied. In short, do not stay here unless you want your travel experience ruined. This place is absolutely terrible.

It wasn't worth a single penny staying in this hotel. Nothing was good except the location.

There is no staff on duty! They will just give you a pincode to enter the building and stay at your own risk! NO WIFI! Pillow as thin as sleeping without a pillow. No blanket! No towel provided! No tissue on the toilet! No complimentary breakfast!

Too dirty, smaller then a normal backroom, no toilet en shower in room, there is some weird stuff staying in room and really bad smell… dont go guys we couldn’t even stay for one night we directly exit… sorry… we directly ESCAPED from that shitty place and found a better normal hotel to stay. And there is no guy talking with you you talk the guy from speakers. İt’s like being in a horror house. HORRIBLE

Great location, the manager was very nice. Room and shared spaces were very clean It's an old building, cheaply renovated. The stairs are small and steep. I don't recommend it to people with mobility impairments

The hotel is clean and in a good location. The people in the room next to me were trapped inside their room. They could not open the lock, and I couldn't help. There was no staff on site, and no one picked up on the phone number we had been given on check in.

Reception person is not polite.....and basic emanities are also not available like... Locker for personal things and washroom is also not good
