The property was extremely clean, staff were the nicest people ever, they accomodated our needs very well and the location was good too.

I booked this stay for my mother-in-law, and unfortunately her experience was extremely disappointing. She requested a double bed but was given two single beds instead. When she arrived, she had to wait a long time to check in, not because of a queue, but because the front desk was unattended. Only one elevator was working, so it stopped on every floor, making getting to the room very slow. As a senior citizen, she asked for assistance with her luggage but was told the hotel did not have staff available to help. The room was also unbearably hot. During the July heat in Lisbon, the air conditioning did not appear to be working, and there were no controls in the room to adjust it. She was unable to sleep because of the heat. Breakfast was equally disappointing. The eggs and pastries were overcooked or burnt, and there was no service for drinks or freshly prepared eggs, only the limited buffet items that had been left out. I had paid for four nights, but after just one night she checked out because the experience was so poor. I genuinely don't understand how this level of service justifies the price charged.

Breakfast was good. The free hot beverages by the reception were a real treat. We went up a flight of stairs with bags because the lift only goes as far as the floor below our room

The hotel was far enough away to be quiet at night but close enough to still be able to walk to the city center. Air conditioning is controlled by the property. You can adjust it as long as you do not try to go below their set level.

Breakfast was great and ran until 10:30am which came in handy on day two since I was exhausted from travel. Location was good, required taxis to get places in a timely fashion but reasonably priced. I would have liked a room safe and a clock in the room but other than that I was very happy with my stay.

Location! Everything was so wonderful

The hotel is far from tourist areas and we had to spent a bit on transportation. We stayed for 6 nights and the breakfast menu was same for all 6 days. Towards the end, the food options were getting so boring.
