Location - very local. Breakfast is ok. in toilet they have big big window facing other windows across the street, but the roller blind is half-transparent!!! How??? Why??? Somebody's nail behind the sink in the toilet. And if You add a bed - it is super uncomfortable - you just drop down inside. And the price... - this price is not for the type of hotel. Overpriced too too much.

Reception staff were exceptional, especially (A) Luis, I think he was a manager, so thoughtful and helpful. Really enjoyed their suggestions for restaurants etc. Rooms were spacious and I loved the refreshments downstairs. The walking tour with Pedro was a great addition. Highly recommend. Location was excellent for exploring the city, parking was effortless even without onsite parking the valet service was incredible they even took our bags all the way to hotel from the local parking spot, rooms were very spacious and comfortable, complimentary snacks and drinks. Nothing

Beautiful hotel with great staff and restaurant. The location was perfect as it was close to many restaurants, attractions and the sea. Staff were very accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed felt luxurious and with the air conditioning I slept well. I highly recommend this hotel! Nothing to not like

Kiitos Hotel da Baixa. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Hotelli oli siisti ja kaikki tarvittavat palvelut löytyvät. Sijainti oli myös erinomainen. Huone oli hiljainen vaikka ikkuna oli kadulle päin. Aamupala oli myös erinomainen. Plussana oli paikanpäällä paistetut omeletit. Erityismaininta hotellin järjestämälle kaupunkikävelykierrokselle. Saimme paljon tietoa kaupungista ja sen historiasta. Pedro (kierroksen vetäjä) oli valloittava ja ystävällinen persoona. Kiitos vielä Pedro T. Ari&Annette

Hotel was amazing. Very nice and comfortable We were woken up at before 6am with construction outside our window. Not the hotels fault but we could not sleep.

The breakfast was convenient and offered a lot of variety. The location was central and worked well for siteseeing. There were a lot of activities and restaurants in the area around the hotel. It wasn't too far to taxi stand when arriving to and leaving from hotel with luggage as road in front of hotel was closed to most vehicles. It was a good stay. Lisbon is a bustling city.

Wonderful location, easy to walk everywhere - from sightseeing to shopping to restaurants. Entertainment in lounge area was outstanding; Marianna is a gifted and engaging singer and her accompanist on the percussion was excellent. Elinor at the front desk was particularly helpful in engaging staff help for a locked luggage issue and provided excellent dining recommendations. We loved it all.
