The room was a great use of space. As central to historic Lisbon, space is at a premium and they made excellent use of the space Very loud music coming from nearby. May have been a bit too close to the “party” district

Well situated. Our family suite was large and had two bathrooms, which we really appreciated as a family of 5. Very cool decor and atmosphere in the hotel and our suite had complimentary Mateus rose, a very nice touch!! There was, unfortunately, a very bad odor in the hallway and elevator. I suspect there was an issue with their gas evacuation/venting. Our room was fine, however.

All staff members were as polite and accommodating as possible. They helped me find two locations on short notice and did so with a smile. The location can't be beat. You are 200 m away from the ocean, TimeOut and some great restaurants and bars. The nearby Praça de São Paulo offers some nice acoustic performances on occasion. Walking by Praça de São Paulo often means being approached with an obtuse and unsolicited sales pitch for cocaine and hashish, which can detract from an otherwise pleasant experience. This is not the hotel's fault at all, but some community policing in the area could help reduce the nuisance.

The location of the Hotel is very good as there are many transport options to choose from. It was within walking distance to the Time Out markets and other attractions The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was very good Mini bar (restocked daily) and breakfasts were included a Kettle was provided in each room The 2 bedroom apartment (described as penthouse) is somewhat unusual as it comprises 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom attached to the hotels function area (Mateus Rose promos) with a lounge, foosball soccer game and a large conference table. There are also two toilets and a commercial kitchen that can be accessed by staff if needed. We were allowed to use the kitchen. Though it is very well equipped it lacked a microwave oven The second bedroom has a sloping ceiling which does hindered movement within the room and the bathroom only had a handheld shower head mounted low in the shower as it is designed to be the disabled bathroom for the function area The main bedrooms bathroom only had a roller shade blind on the full length window in the shower, so privacy was a bit of an issue. Whilst we were not disturbed, it felt somewhat weird that staff could enter the area if they needed to access the kitchen.

The location was perfect, the staff were excellent and offered plenty of suggestions. The room was clean and had the exact facilities we needed. Nothing !

Locational, room, staff friendliness, cleanliness, area. Very family friendly as well as cozy and cool Only downside was the sound of the kids playing/jumping on the floor on top of us late in the evening. The floors/ceilings are thin in that respect. We were on the 2nd floor

The location was great! It was generally clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathrooms are tight for space. Check in was extremely slow, it took an hour to check in 9 people

Breakfast was very good and fresh. The egg option was nice. The location was perfect for visiting. Very very noisy in room 113 on Friday and Saturday night. Very loud music and nextdoors restaurant employees gathered under our window laughing and shouting until almost 1am. I called the reception.
