Great location. We had an issue with our first room as it was really small, but the hotel gave us a better room

I liked the location and the amenities around. The AC was not working, and the management knew about it but didn’t provide the information ahead of time, neither another room.

The host was super nice and kept a great communication. The place was close to a metro (train) station. The pictures on the website are not what the apartment looks like. It shows the apartment more luxurious than it actually is. The bathroom was way too small, I couldn't comfortably brush my teeth. The second day the apartment had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom, I believe it was the sewer system.

it was antique somehow could be cleaner

Nothing. This property is infested with cockroaches and the owner calls you unreasonable for not wanting to stay there. As you see in the pictures, there it was in the kitchen area the biggest cockroach I have ever seen. Sent the picture to property managers, they swear they have never had something like this happen to them before. We come back from our outing, their solution was to swipe the cockroach under the cabinet and not even clean it up. We searched the cabinets and found cockroach spray, so they did LIE about ever experiencing this situation. The solution they offered? they sprayed the property while we were inside which triggered the respiratory reaction from me. I had to stay outside while my partner packed all our bags and we had to find somewhere else to stay. All of this was communicated to them and their solution was to call us unreasonable and ask us to stay there in the infested property until they may find us somewhere else. Aside from that the area is sketchy and unsafe, there are huge piles of garbage infront of the property, it smells like human feces, the wifi didnt work, and they tried to refuse daily cleaning and towels when we confirmed it with them twice before booking. They never tried to make it right and even give us partial refund. We stayed there only 3 nights out of 8 nights we booked. They only called us dramatic and unreasonable despite putting our health at risk. We also had to pay to get our luggage cleaned professionally so we dont take an infestation home with us.

AC didn’t work. When asked the front desk they said they will “look into it after I checked out which made no sense”

only location was good The room was very small and extremely noisy. Every time someone in the room above flushed the toilet, the sound was clearly audible in our room, which made it difficult to relax and sleep. The room description stated that it would include a small kitchenette and a kettle, but neither of these amenities was available. This was disappointing because we specifically chose this room based on the advertised features. When I requested a room change, I was first asked to wait until the next day. Later, I was informed that another room would become available one day later. Since my stay was only four nights, three days passed waiting for a solution, and by that point changing rooms no longer made sense.

Location was just a little farther from the center of town than we wanted to be. Still fairly central, but we had to walk 10-15 minutes beyond metro/bus stations each time we went anywhere! There was also a lot of construction on the street when we visited, which made the mornings pretty noisy.

Very flimsy walls. Very small bathroom. AC was not working, bed sheets were not clean and room smelled strongly of chloride upon arrival. Asked for a different room which was provided.

Apartment had lots of natural light and size of apartment was great for location. Coffee machine and amenities in the kitchen. Not as secure as it should be; Front access gate broken and door from bedroom to courtyard not secure, unable to be locked. No washing machine as mentioned on facilities list. Owner did give suggestion and direction to laundromat. More coffee pods would have been nice or at least an option to purchase

I can't really speak in general about the place because we got an upgrade to an apartment which is ~1km away. But as for the apartment, it was nice, still in a good location. Metro station, bakeries, laundry, everything nearby. (Buy a Lisbon card for roaming around.) Both airport and touristic locations easily accessible via metro. A nice walk to the Castle of Sao Jorge (where nice depends on how much you like climbing :D). Also tram 28 stations are in the vicinity.

Bed had a great mattress and memory pillows were amazing. Metro is 5 minutes away as well as my favourite breakfast Bakery . Staff were respectful and responded quickly.

The apartment was great Nothing

Nice room and easy organization

I was shocked that it was rated above an 8. It just felt run down. The entrance was down a dirty alley way. There was a coffee maker but it was in the hallway with no coffee provided. The lights in the hallway going to my room didn't come in and it was completely black at night. The door to my room could have been knocked in by an angry toddler. I just expected more.

Nice amenities, roomy, comfortable bed, near restaurants and mini-markets Damp in places for all the rain, entry process could have been a bit more detailed
-
The bed takes up most of the room and it is hard to get around it.

Int Lisbon suites was advertised as a hotel with an area dedicated for breakfast and rooms with a view. This is not the case. The breakfast area does not exist anymore nor the view. It is located in a narrow street with currently (jan 2026) a lot of construction work, which brings vibrations and noise to the rooms. Moreover, the isolation is horrendous, while it was raining outside our room became so damp that a pond of water started forming on the ground near the windows inside the room. I am rating it 1/10 for the false advertisement. If it was advertised as simple cheap rooms then I would maybe rate it 7/10.
