The staffs we dealt with were very helpful, patient & professional. It’s also centrally located & have easy access to everything we needed. Everything is good.

The hotel was cool with interesting features. Central location. Breakfast was worth the money. Excellent staff. The rooms are NOT soundproof whatsoever. In fact, the hotel room was extremely noisy! I didn't mind the people at the restaurants outside, but the tram rumbles by beginning at 6am daily and shakes the building. The worst part was being able to hear every step the person in the room above made. Just absolutely zero insulation and impossible to drown out even with earplugs and noise canceling headphones. Since it is such a central location, I expected some street noise. But for them to claim the rooms are sound proofed (twice!) is SO misleading. The people upstairs were walking around until midnight, up at 6, and then the cleaners were banging around at 9am. Terrible for jet lag. If sleep and a quiet place to retreat are important to you, avoid this spot.

Location right in the center of town, close to many attractions. We had difficulty mailing a package from the Post Office and two hotel staff were very helpful. One of them even walked back to the Post Office with us to help resolve the situation. Pl

Its location The hotel is overrated Nothing attests to its 4 star category Not the service, nor the rooms and neither the dark bathrooms lacking the adequate set of towels, towel hangers, toiletries and appropriate light and mirrors There’s no mirror in the room which is very small Breakfast can’t compare with the one offered in 3star hotels such as next door m’s

Loved thr location and the design of the room!! The only missing part are plugs, as there was only one plug in the full room

The location is perfect! It is situated near a plenty of lovely restaurants, bars and shops - with easy access to some of the best areas in Lisbon. The neighborhood felt lively, safe and clean as well. The indoor space of the hotel itself is beautiful and quite cozy. The beds were very comfortable and although it is centrally located, we had no issues with noise. We were also very grateful to have air conditioner in the room! The shower was also lovely with great water pressure. The breakfast was a nice way to start our morning and added great value to the price. My mother is a travel advisor and I told her to be sure to include this location on her places to consider for guests coming to Lisbon and we will also be recommending this space to others. There is usually laundry service - but as I was staying on a Saturday - Sunday, it was not available. As I was in town for a business conference and of course wanted to be presentable - I was in great need to press or steam my very wrinkled clothing after having it packed in a luggage. I totally understand that services are not available on some days, but there was also no iron or steamer available for guest use, which from experience is an item that is typically found in most overstays-so it did pose a particular inconvenience. My main suggestion is simply to have 1-2 irons/steamers available for guests to use when they cannot access laundry service - this simple touch will add great value, as it is an item many people would likely appreciate having access to. However - this did not take away from the positives - it is just something to consider.

Nice hotel in an excellent location. Breakfast had to be ordered the night before, and was freshly prepared. Nice selection of fruits, meats and cheeses, along with yogurt and breads. Staff was polite, but not very friendly toward tourists. Seemed rather indifferent.

It is a good place to stay. Clean hotel and at the centre.

Location was excellent. Within walking distance to so much staff was outstanding! There was nothing that I didn’t like.

Great location Our room was tiny and rather spartan. The window opened to a skinny atrium, about ten feet across to the other side.

Room is spacious and newly painted. Bed is huge and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and we love the welcoming port. Delicious! Of course location is great and close to all attractions in the city. Spacious room and big bed.
