Perfect location, not far from the airport or the centre. Easy Bolt taxi’s everywhere which came quickly and were extremely cheap! I told the hotel it was my boyfriend’s birthday and they kindly had a cake and bottle of Prosecco in the room awaiting our arrival, very thoughtful gesture. All staff were very friendly and made our stay very comfortable! Would recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon! :) None

Amazing location, also really nice people. The room was clean but had a persistent dumpy smell. The lighting is now suitable for makeup and photography.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Good location and clean My first impression was bad because it wasn’t my usual type of hotel but the staff made me fall in love with the place.

Hip style rooms. Nice pool upstairs with terrace cafe. Pool is heated bit too warm for my liking in the summer, staff was soo kind to make it a bit more chill. Some lobby staff are nice some are very cold Small details need to be fixed, walls in bedroom all scratched off paint and lines. Carpet in hallways need replacing.

Was a very short one night stay, so did not really get to experience the hotel to it's fullest. Reception was friendly and helpful with early check-in and luggage storage while awaiting our late flight out.

Nice views from the top floor, good breakfast although a bit boring (stayed there 3 nights, the only thing that changed over the days was some pastry). Everything in the room is operated electronically (including the shower - it was a funny experience). The hotel has for sure a higher standard (guess thus the name) but it's not well taken care of. In my room there was missing a door from the mini bar and also the ones that separate bedroom from the entrance and bathroom area - this was particularly annoying because of the noise from bathroom/shower. The massive balcony door was scratching the floor making it hard to open. The rooftop area is made nicely - but again not taken care of, planks on the sunbathing deck were coming out, lots of dead plants, tiles missing in the swimming pool (which by the way is green, not clear blue like in the pictures), also jacuzzi was out of order, judging by the cover for a long time. I didn't spend much time in the hotel otherwise I would be rather disappointed by the standard and atmosphere. In my opinion this kind of establishment should be adults only. There's plenty of family friendly hotels in the city if you want to present yourself as a higher class business hotel offering people a stylish and comfortable retreat in the city centre, screaming kids at the pool and breakfast are far from this picture. You can do better ;)

Just the location and how it looks ok the surface Extremely big problems with hygiene. Aircon was not working in the first room, we got changed to a second room and found cockroaches. Got moved to a third room and both me and my partner got skin rashes from the towels and the air vents were mouldy, causing us both to have respiratory issues while there. The manager of the hotel, Miguel Carvalho, was notified but we were dismissed and only offered two nights of refund out of six..instead we kept being send random amnesties which we did not ask for.

Lovely hotel and location. Needs more pool beds and had to ask for towels everyday as they weren’t left in the room. No mirror beside the bed or near window for doing your make up. Very dark
