Olympia Lis Baixa Hotel

Beautiful boutique hotel in city center. Excellent helpful staff. Loved everything about this hotel!

I wish there was a pool or rooftop area to use

We had a GREAT time staying here right from the jump when we were offered to relax with an espresso during check in. The only drawback (and this is very minor) was that the closet doors couldn't open all of the way because of the proximity to the bed, and subsequently the drawers in the closet couldn't be opened fully, either. BUT, this is very minor compared to the comfort of the room, the awesomeness of the staff (especially Joao at the front desk and his colleague - we didn't catch her name), the terrific breakfast, and the location. See the previous answer - ALL was great except for those minor details.

Hotel was in a great location, and the staff was super nice and welcoming. Room was a hit on the small side, but it was warm and cozy. Breakfast was pretty good too. The hot tub, while fairly new, was only operating half the jets. The staff did come take several looks at it, but none of us could figure out what was wrong. Small inconvenience, but did not effect how much we enjoyed or stay.

Room too small

Great helpful staff. Very Nice Lobby and close to the main shopping streets. Breakfast is mediocre at best could have a much better selection.

Location was central and yet in a not busy street - so quiet. The breakfast was stellar! The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Like most urban hotels n Portugal, the rooms are a bit small. Really cannot think of a thing!

The hotel is new and clean

The hotel was very nice, rooms were clean, and they had a restaurant attached.

The beds were perhaps the most comfortable beds I have experienced in years and years of travel. We will stay here again the next time we are in Lisbon. Nothing

The breakfast offered a variety of great pastries, fruits and eggs cooked t exactly your liking. I can’t think of anything.

The atmosphere and ambience were great. We loved the breakfast room and the breakfast was excellent. Great service. We received a room upgrade! The staff was friendly and always helpful. Tomas in particular stood out as he tried to help with a tour booking that wasn’t working. We hated to leave. There was nothing we didn’t like.
