Location great Definitely not worthy of 4 stars. Decor is dated, rooms are a bit tired, no water provided in rooms. Only one toilet in the bar and lobby for guests to use, which is small. Just didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel felt more 3 star.

Very comfortable and extremely clean,Amazing location, close to everything. The walls are very thin, so the rooms are not soundproof at all, I could hear almost everything from the room next door and everyone in the hallway, which made it very noisy.

The location is great! It’s walking distance to the plaza. It was not as welcoming as CR7. Also,breakfast is not included.

Great location, super kind and accommodating staff, great comfortable rooms. We booked as a family of four and they helped us get a family room straight away. Even though we were next to the road, the rooms were really quiet at night. The location is amazing and it's the perfect starting point for sightseeing in Lisbon. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

The location was really good. Very central and and easy walk to the locations we wanted to visit as well as being close to various metro stops. Can’t think of anything from our stay. We didn’t have any of the food so can’t comment on that.
