Great location , comfy beds and has AC The bathroom was making loud weird noises whenever we used it , there was a weird smell in the lobby , and the staff decided to clean our room without notice or asking us then kept the door open where our personal belongings can be taken by any one

Absolutely amazing location, very central. Our was cleaned everyday, which we did not expect. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. I would just like to have a fridge and a kettle in the room, but the hotel’s kitchen was free to use, so that solved part of it

The staff were exceptional. They were attentive beyond expectations. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it really was for a downtown location. Stairs were a challenge for elderly individuals.

Location and Bema and Deepa make the place Location have stayed there before starting to look it’s age.

The historic building makes the trips a bit more memorable. Breakfast is included with plenty of fresh fruit and very attentive staff. The location is perfect. Shower no tub.

The accommodation was in a great location for the Castel De Sa Jorge, the Waterfront (inc boat trips), the 'old town' (Alfama), and the main tourist areas and eateries. It is easy to get to via the Metro with Terreiro de Paco station a few minutes away. It is not a hotel, but serviced apartments, so felt quite homely. Our room was a good size with plenty of space, Air Conditioning, a good shower, comfortable bed. The breakfast kitchen was next to our room, and it was handy we could use it out of breakfast hours and to store a few bought in items. Our window opened up to give us a view of the street below which was fun The pillows were a bit soft, the towels were a bit small (and need replacing, they have the texture of sandpaper!). There is no lift to the accommodation floor, which was fine except there seemed a lot of steps for one storey. The breakfast was okay, nothing special, although we had 'bean to cup' coffee machine, which was good

Friendly staff It smelled like sewer, barely big enough for one person nevermind two, very dirty, and the bathroom vent fell off the ceiling when showering and did not replace
