Everything was great!! Since I arrived, the staff was really gentle, the facilities are great and clean, the rooms are very nice and spacious (for european standards) - I really enjoyed my stay :)

Pool, sauna, steam room were all superb and really good facilities . Reception was lovely and clean and smelled great. Rooms very clean. Whole place was lovely. Breakfast was superb, it was excellent. Lots of good choice of every kind of breakfast type. Excellent quality ingredients We really enjoyed the late check out of midday The towels werent great - a bit hard. The service in the rooftop bar was a bit hit and miss and cocktail wasn't great (Pina Colada was really poor).

The location was absolutely spot on! We were literally surrounded by every shop you can think of and best of all the area was so vibrant and full of amazing restaurants. I couldn't have asked for a better location as it made my holiday so much more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was also quite rich offering a variety of delicious options. The attendants were super friendly and very polite. The hotel was fantastic. Great location and wonderful service. Unfortunately the sink in our bathroom was blocked and the water would build up and take forever to go down. I reported the issue but it was never fixed till I left. I find that very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. I always expect a premium service when I'm in hotels that charges a premium price and such incidents leave me a bit miffed.
