Our room had ac! And we booked the room with a private bathroom and they kept it well maintained. Cleaned the room everyday. We sat in the garden a couple of days. It was nice and you always saw someone cleaning. The receptionists were all friendly and though we didn’t use the common kitchen much I would’ve felt comfortable using it. For location I probably wouldn’t feel safe enough to walk around alone at night.

This is an absolutely amazing place! 1. It is located on a quiet street just a 3-minute walk from the metro station and within walking distance of the city center and all the main attractions. 2. There is a shared kitchen equipped with absolutely everything (except a stove though I assume that is for safety reasons). The kitchen operates on a schedule and closes at night but if reception is open, they allow you to store groceries in the fridge they allow you to store groceries in the fridge. 3. The staff is very polite and friendly. VERY! 4. The rooms are clean, spacious and fresh. Daily cleaning 5. The hotel itself is amazing! It is clean, beautiful and authentic. The garden is simply wonderful! If I ever find myself in Lisbon again, I will stay here and nowhere else! Kitchen appliances are only available in the communal kitchen on the ground floor (but that’s not a problem).

I didnt know they were supposed to get in my room to clean without a notice

Very friendly and great location about as good bang for your buck as one could hope for. Garden was gorgeous and staff were helpful! Shared bathrooms were dirty on one morning but that’s not the staffs fault just part of sharing a room with people

Clean, the garden

Staff was nice, the facility was nice and looked artistic and modern. I just couldn’t sleep, the mattress was super hard and uncomfortable. A mattress cover would be an easy fix.

The bathroom was almost the same size as the room, I’d prefer if the room was bigger and the bathroom smaller, but it was fine, since we were out during the day exploring the city.

This place was super cute! Very clean, comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming!

The staff were very helpful and kind. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, how clean and quiet and functional everything was, and the roof garden (granted, it doesn’t have a view, but it is a great place to sit and relax and read a book!) I would have loved to have real coffee instead of instant coffee. But I solved the problem by buying a French press coffee maker and some good coffee and using the kettle that the hotel provides for guests in the breakfast area.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, but within 15-20-25 minutes walk you find yourself in the main attractions in Lisbon (Alfama, Baixa, Rossio, Chiado neighborhood). The accommodation is safe, and very clean. The shared bathrooms and showers are cleaned on a daily basis early in the mornings. We got our bedsheets changed and towels offered every two days. The rooms are basic, but equipped with everything we needed. It justified the value for the money. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning in the room was working perfectly well. Overall we would definitely recommend this accomodation to everyone who doesnt not prioritize luxury over practicality. There were no shower gels or shampoos offered. Additionally, we found the garden a bit messy. Lots of things just dumped outside the shared area. It would be nice if the garden would be a bit more taken care of. These two were the only improvement points.

Not a full kitchen. Just microwave and sink/coffee station

It was really nice that they let us check in early, as soon as the room was cleaned. We were exhausted after many hours of traveling. We also liked the garden and refrigerator for guests to use. Would have been nice to have real coffee instead of instant but not a big deal.

Good location with Metro stop nearby. Couple of good pastelerias and restaurants within walking distance. Bare bones operation. Insufficient light in room to read. Broken soap dispenser. 'Garden' area unattractive.

Good location, free parking if you find a spot of course I found a flea on a pillow. Very dark room, and too much incense sticks
