I loved everything about my stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The self check-in process was smooth and convenient, and the staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described Nothing to complain about.

The staff was accommodating to our requests. The self Check-in and the access to the structure were easy to do. There was a big hole in front of the building that was filled with water from a leaked water pipe. Since it was unreported I fell right into it and drenched my clothes. The trash cans were after the entrance alongside a dead cockroach. Also, after they shut off the water without warning, we had several difficulties to set the temperature of the water for the rest of our stay.

The location is very convenient for many nearby amenities, such as the Timeout market. The kitchen was also well-appointed for a brief stay, although the room description doesn't make it 100% clear that this is a shared space. Beware of very steep and narrow stairs - not possible for anyone with mobility issues, and a challenge if you have heavier luggage. I also entirely missed where the electronic door pad was at first in the very dark hallway. It is on the right side of the door frame, easily missed in the shadows! The room is fine, but sparse, with little room to move around if you have any luggage (although, to be fair, there is a separate, nice-looking shared sitting/eating room). Towels were a bit thin & scratchy, and there was a clump of hair on the bathroom floor when i checked in.

Location Noise

1. No signage on road for main gate, or the way inside 2. No lift, steep staircase very difficult with luggage 3. How to open locks sent later 4. No facility to keep luggage, very cold approach 5. I never got the idea from photos and website that it is not a hotel 6. Support and help does not work beyond office hours, felt helpless 7. No clarity was given that cleaning and towel change wont happen 8. No cctv or security features 9. Overall it was extremely inconvenient and unpleasant stay

I had a wonderful experience communicating with Ines. She was fantastic—always quick to respond, clear, and very helpful. She made the entire process convenient and guided us at every step, ensuring everything went smoothly. Her professionalism and efficiency made a potentially stressful experience much easier. I really appreciate all her support! Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and fell far below basic expectations. The description of the property was misleading and did not accurately represent the reality. Despite being informed that the area was noisy, there were no earplugs provided, making it difficult to rest. The room itself had several major issues: there were cockroaches in the washroom, the bed sheets were not clean, and the beds were uncomfortable. Additionally, there was barely any space to open our luggage, which made the room feel cramped and inconvenient. To make matters worse, there was no full-size mirror, which is a minimal expectation for any stay. Overall, this experience was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this property.

What a wonderful stay with kind, attentive hosts! Spacious, comfy room with great amenities, and a location right in the thick of the action. Awesome shared kitchen facilities and a lovely, sunny lounge room that looks out over the umbrella street for hanging out and resting up during the day. Will return! Halloween night, the jams were blasting in the club downstairs until 3:30am, so bring earplugs if you're a light .. or even a "medium" sleeper. But otherwise, an exceptional stay!

This is a property in Pink Street, it is a good location if u want to party the whole night until 6 am on weekends. On normal days, 4 am party goes on, so you can't sleep before 4 am. It's super dark at night, so u have to turn on your cellphone

The smell was unbearable in the building, the building was super old and no elevator, we had to carry all our heavy luggage 2 levels up in a narrow stairs with horrible smell. To check in also we struggled a-lot I posted in my review the real pictures of the place In nutshell it was the worst hotel ever

Location. Stairs and noise.

The location is nice IF you want to be right in the middle of a non-stop party. The guest house common areas and the room are nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable and shower is excellent. The entry to the building was dirty, the entryway had numerous cockroaches, had standing water all over the floor for two of the three days we were there, and smelled really bad. Also, the banister on the first set of stairs is loose and unstable. There is no elevator and the guest house is on the second floor (Americans: this is 3rd floor for us), which means two full flights of non-ventilated stairs to climb with your luggage. It is RIGHT on the party street so the noise is nearly constant; we only had mostly quiet between 4am - 7am. Being able to close the windows and shutters because there was air-conditioning in our room helped, but the noise is still overwhelming and sleep was nearly impossible.

The cleanliness, the location, the price, the size of the room, the easy transportation around the area, the cafes, restaurants and historical sites in the area. It was noisy after midnight because this area has plenty of restaurants and people were having fun, talking and laughing and we could hear it from the 3rd floor. But, all in all, I was so tired of so much done during the day that I would fall sleep easily after a couple of minutes.

good location,good host.

Great location, next to busy nightlife. The room was looking new, renovated, clean. Entrance of building is scary but it is okay. You can see some bugs in the entrance, but did not see in the guest room. Bed sheet was not clean.

The location was great, super central, 10 minutes away from the river. Inside the room was not big, but with a lot of light, very clean and with everything one might need. Also, the shared spaces were amazing. We loved it. Everything was great!

The accommodation was pretty great, the kitchen had everything needed and was very clean, especially considering it is a shared space. The room and the bathroom were also just fine. The hosts are responsive and nice. There is no elevator but I would say the stairs are pretty wide so it is fine. The place is very central and near many cool restaurants and touristy streets. The bus and train stations are nearby. The building is not on the hill, which was great for us. There was just 1 reachable socket in the room, because the rest were unreachable unless the TV is removed. Also, if you have a difficulty falling asleep, the main party street is just below and it can be very noisy the whole night.

Location We couldnt open the window for fresh air, if we opened there was garbage that stink to the window.

I didn’t know it was a share guest house but ended up with other nice guests. The sharing room was clean and cozy. Our room was in the end of the hallway so WiFi was a bit poor so I spend much time in the sharing living room. The location was amazing for young and night life people. We were family but I enjoyed viewing the city from the window at night.
