Really nothing, I hated being there but they wouldn't refund - DO NOT GO 1. Entrance: Not signposted that reception is at a different spot. Actual entrance door to bedrooms etc was not indicated. 2. Beds: DIRTY (small bugs), wall along the beds was disgusting (will insert picture), everything felt like it had a layer of dirt on it. 3. Showers: FILTHY. Ground was mouldy, smelt mouldy, made me gag. I wore socks in the shower then put disinfectant on my feet. (Will insert picture of shower room). 4. Furniture: GRUBBY. Old, very used, very grey from lots and lots of dirt and use. Clearly not replaced in years. (Will insert picture). 5. Kitchen: DISGUSTING. Dirty counters, fridge, cleaning utensils etc. Previous feedback mentioning this blames the others staying in the hostel, but I saw workers cleaning and things were NOT CLEANED. I picked up a CLEAN item with old food all over it. 6. Sockets: SOME DON'T WORK. Many have dirty old marks. 7. Outdoors: DECEPTIVE. Old, dirty, missing cushions. Did not want to touch any of them. 8. Staff: NOT NICE. Clearly knew the place was a shi*hole. Asked for a refund (showed them the pics of my bedside wall) and was told "you can try but I don't think it's going to happen", so basically management knows it's a big scam. I could tell they knew it was shi*. I feel bad for them working there. They are the ones hearing the complaints but can't do anything about it. (Also - BUGS everywhere **which means maggots everywhere we can't see**) Oh and someone's stuff was stolen and there was no kindness shown, just sort of a shrug response. Previous negative feedback has gotten responses that blame "oh other people staying in the hostel didn't clean/are loud etc...this is not how we usually are...we will address these issues". A loud of cra* on a silver platter basically. Management isn't interested in addressing anything. I would like a refund for this hellhole.

Staff were lovely, cool set up. The air con in the room was useless and barely did anything.

location and the price The pillow was very small and not comfortable. Breakfast was quite limited, with only coffee, juice, bread, and bacon. Socially, it wasn't great because there were no activities or events to help travelers meet each other. There wasn't even a mirror in the room, which was inconvenient. Also, if you plan to stay here, make sure to bring your own padlock because the lockers do not come with one.

The staff was really friendly, this is already my second time staying here. Good location! Could be more clean. In the bigger room people didn't follow the rules for ''quiet hour'', so it was hard to fall asleep sometimes.
