Location. For cleaning you have to remind. Elevator is not reaching 6th floor, so from 5 th you have to use stairs.

Location, plus we had the penthouse so had a large terrace. Great choice at breakfast The bar wasn’t manned.

Room very noisy at night

Great location and unique experience with the museum inside the hotel, very nice bed. Lack of basic infrastructure in the bathroom and lack of service/hospitality to solve the problem. Had to insist 3 days in a row and show pictures for some action to be taken about the lack of ventilation on a windowless bathroom. After the "fix" (vacuuming dust on the vent) the ventilation was barely noticeable.

Great room with a huge bed and a lovely terrace. The breakfast was rich, varied, and absolutely delicious. The reception staff were extremely helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Lisbon. None

Free tour of the museum was superb. Ines is extremely knowledgeable and answered many questions in detail. This is not a typical tour guide overview, but a captivating look through history as revealed by the layers of archeological finds that have been thoughtfully preserved and integrated into the hotel itself. Don't miss this 45 minute free tour offered daily. Excellent breakfast with healthy options. Free spa and decent fitness room (but needs more than one mat). Nothing major. Spa management seemed a bit weak but the facilities were good.

Good breakfast options Old and overused restaurant furniture. Missed to clean the room one day. Location next to a very busy area.
