Nice location / Nice staff / Nice apartment

This was a great place to stay in Lisbon! I loved the location in Chiado. It’s in a wonderful neighborhood where I could walk everywhere. The suites are on a quiet street, so I slept well. The staff were kind and helpful. And the room was nice, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again!

Extremely convenient. The apartments were cozy and well managed. perfect location All was good

The property was well located. Everything we needed was within a 5 -10 min walk. The suite was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the tiny kitchen for storage and use of our own snacks and drinks. Could use some hooks in the bathroom. The ones in the suite were located out of reach. Also the shower leaks. These were definitely not show stoppers.

We took a 2 week trip to Spain and Portugal. The first week was a car trip along the Spanish coast, and then we stayed in Chiado for 6 days. This was a great location and facility for a longer stay. We had a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchenette. It was nice for spending a longer period of time. My wife could sleep in a little longer in the bedroom, and I could have the complimentary coffee in the living room. Great location! We walked everywhere in Lisbon. The room did not have great places for placing luggage. There was an armoire, where you could hang a few things, but, other than that, suitcases were on the floor, couch or coffee table. A couple of those little fold out luggage racks would be really nice. Another bonus would be a little fold up rack for hanging wet clothes. The kitchen sink is nice and big, if you need to do a little light laundry on the trip, but now the only place to hang anything wet is the towel warmer in the bathroom. Luggage racks are needed, and would be a bonus. A drying rack would be an extra bonus.

Nothing

Well appointed rooms and close to great restaurants and the metro High prices - would have been nice to also have breakfast included for that price- at the very least a continental breakfast

The location was perfect and the staff very welcoming. The room was small as expected, but perfect. You will have to carry luggage up/down half a flight, as the elevator stops at stair landings between flights of stairs, but this did not bother us. They were able to hold our luggage which is a big plus so we could check out in the morning and come back for our luggage later in the day. Highly recommend.

Hidden on the streets just steps away from Praça Luís de Camões, this elegant, well-equipped property will charm you from the minute you walk in. The host was waiting for us as we turned up and processed us quickly to our lovely two room accommodation. Spacious for the two of us, we especially loved the Juliet balcony, with its large windows. The kitchenette was just enough to provide our two night stay the necessities. The unit's design and style was very boutique-y with lovely lighting, fittings and finishing touches; also, super clean and tidy. Great location to walk and explore,, with excellent choices of bars and restaurants. A bit pricey for our budget, but it was our Lisbon-splurg and happy we booked!

The location was first rate. A 3- minute walk from an outdoor cafe on a plaza, which seemed to be the epicenter of very cool street music during the day. The desk staff were very friendly. The owner, I think, was very attentive to our arrival needs and was quick to respond to questions on Whatsapp. The restaurant/bar next door seemed to be the end point of a nightly (except Sundays) pub crawl or just a happening place. The noise reached our bedroom and was a disturbance even with closed, modern windows. However, many other city centre hotels would have the same problem. Because we arrived very early, it wasn't open. We did have a key code (which we only got by Whatsapp 2 days before )- not so easy when traveling a long way with limited Wi-Fi access, so we managed to get into the small lobby. We sat there for a while as there was no secure place to leave our luggage.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Great location to do things on foot. Our bed was very comfortable. The elevator led only to mid floors, mid stairwells, so heavy luggage had to be lugged up a flight. Also, room was tiny.

The staff was friendly and helpful . Location was great . No 24/7 staff

The room was pretty and perfect space for a couple. The location was ideal and the staff were friendly and ready to help when needed. Not a ton in amenities but we didn’t need it for our purposes.

Staff and location We were briefly put in room 103. and it had no daylight which made it feel too tight and claustrophobic
