Location Water leaked in the bathroom

Good location, train and bus stations are near, so comfortabke to travel to Sintra and such. Clean room, took out trash everyday. Nice view from the balcony, quite high up. Even without using air con, room was cool compared to the outside. Planes fly over the hotel every few minutes. Its not disruptive but if you are a light sleeper, it can be bothersome. Breakfast option was small, no boiled eggs, though the bread was good. Air con let out a weird smell so didn't use it.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Just the elevator really tiny but not a big deal. Lol

It is a little far from downtown but we took Uber and it was around 5 euros to go to downtown. Not bad, after all.

Bedroom and Bathroom too small

Location felt safe, clean, comfortable beds, air conditioning during heat wave, decoration, elevator (although very small but bonus to have) Front door was broken, hopefully it gets fixed right away. Look out window to smoke area/dog pee area I think, although clean couldn’t open our curtains

The location is convenient for someone who wants to stay close to the University NOVA of Lisbon, which is within a walking distance of 15 min. It is less convenient for the underground. The worst problem in the entire area, not only the hotel, is airplanes which are landing and/or taking off right above your head. They are extremely loud, so forget about opening the window. This means using the air conditioning, which was fine, but it switched off during the night, at least in my room.

Conveniently located for my trip, small hotel. I got a rather big room, was clean. The safe was not working but it was fixed quickly so no complaints. Breakfast could have been better, but for two days was pasable.

AC wasn't good; Fridge didn't work at all.

Communication was unclear about breakfast they made it seem as though it was included and at the end they charge you a fee ...... get two room keys one to keep in the card holder as if you pull it out the refrigerator will turn off and your food will spoil i lost a days worth of food because I was not told this would happen nor was a given a second key until everything was discovered spoiled.

The room was very clean and had the amenities I needed. The staff was quite courteous and helpful. It was safe area with restaurants in walking distance. I would recommend staying here! Some things to keep in mind. One is that the hotel is near the airport, which means you'll hear airplanes during the day and the early evening. The breakfast could use a bit more variety, but was adequate for the purposes of my stay. Also, factor in that most of the sites are not near the hotel and you'll need time to travel to those sites. Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

Fresh hotel, besides black mold in my room. The people working there were very kind. A lot of black mold in my room and I asked for it to be cleaned in the morning, which they said it would be during the day but when I got home in the evening it still wasn’t cleaned, and they had no staff that could clean it. And no other room was available, so had to sleep in a room with a lot of black mold..

Everything, is comfortable, good location, a mall is nearby and a lot of places to drink and eat. The room was so cute and a good bed to rest after a moving day. We had a situation with our flights and luggage (the airlines lost it for a few days) and the staff always had a great communication with us, helps us doing calls and attending all our requests. We really expended an amazing stay with them. The refrigerator doesn’t work well, I make the report but obviously the can’t change it or fixed at the same time I’m staying in the room.

Not a complain, just a remark. We enjoyed being able to observe low flying airplanes from our balcony, but the sound might be annoying for people with noise sensitivity or little kids to be able to sleep; it didn't seem that flights were operating after midnight so we had no problem with sleeping.
