The location was the only plus. It’s right near the downtown area where everything is The staff member Thomas was extremely dismissive and rude. Our unit had an any infestation including ants in the bed, kitchen counters and everywhere else. Plus it originally stated there would be WiFi and was no WiFi upon arrival.

This is a great, spacious apartment in an excellent location. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very large, providing plenty of space for our family to relax. It is within walking distance of many restaurants and several of Lisbon's main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The pool was a wonderful place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, and having convenient on-site parking was a big advantage for those traveling by car.

Great location. Little bit away from main busy streets which gives a good sleep. No noise in the night which is great. Nothing wrong. Need high speed internet.

Great location in the old part of the city. Close to restaurants and points of interest. Building and facilities are modern. Wifi was having some issues. Sofa was a bit dirty.

Tomás was so helpful and friendly! Thank you! We had trouble finding the door but Tomás saved the day - as soon as we called the number he came right out and opened the parking garage for us.

Great location in Lisbon. The apartment is huge and very clean. The staff is very helpful. The paid parking is a great addition.

Hotel is an excellent value for the money. Employees friendly and welcoming. Went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Hotel is in a quaint, quiet area of the city with many food and drink options. Shopping district with everything is a 5 minute walk. 25 minutes to airport, 15 minutes to cruise port.

It was in a great location within walking distance of tons of local attractions. A lot of hills so be prepared to walk. We got optional parking on location which was great. We loved the pool after a long day of sightseeing.

Tomas did a wonderful job welcoming us and giving us suggestions for things to do. Parking was right on the property and clean. I definitely will stay here again.

The apartment was very spacious and provided good separation of the bedroom from the kitchen area. The double windows do a very good job of keeping out street sounds. I wish I had stayed here additional time. The nearby area had lots of small bars and restaurants. There was also a nearby comprehensive grocery with which to stock the fridge. There is an elevator/lift. That is a much appreciated benefit when staying in the older parts of a city. I had frequent, helpful communication with the staff, making this an easy booking. I would definitely book here again! It was all good for me.
