I love the friendly staff and location. However, I didn’t have euros for the room deposit and only had American dollars. The staff took my $20 bill in American currency and promised to give it back upon me leaving; but I never received it back :( I would’ve given it a 10 if they’d given it back. I didn’t like how my security deposit was never returned to me.

I really enjoyed my stay here the mangement and team made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Its a very clean hostel. And I end up staying at least a week because how fun it is here. The trams passing by can be a bit annoying if you are a light sleeper. I am a light sleeper!!

location THERE IS NO KITCHEN. Even though they claim to be a hostel, where kitchens are always available, they offer no way to kook. They say they make it clear on the website but they don't! There are several pictures of kitchens, which makes it extra confusing. The staff is UNFRIENDLY. When I was there there were only men! This may be due to the sexualized intentions of the hostel. I understand most girls would AVOID THIS HOSTEL. The fact that there was not a single girl makes the whole thing a mockery. The electricity in the beds was not working, so no light or charging possibility. Staff acted as if this was normal and it had clearly been like that for a while. Dispite the loud music in the hall, not the slightest sign of party. The lockers were open in the back and my key could open most of the lockers in the room. NO SECURITY.

My key didn't work to get into the bathroom and I was told that I had to give 10€ as a deposit and it would be refunded after my stay, I hope they do refund it.

The location is great. That's probably the other good thing about this place The staff was unavailble and seems to be high all the time. The sheets were full of lints therefore very uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom does not even have handsoap and paper which is so unacceptable. The whole place gives a creepy vibe. Not recommended. For the same amount of money you can definetely fine somewhere else that is more clean, professional, and safe.

The photos of this property are very misleading—they don’t reflect the reality at all. There is no accessible kitchen for guests to make a cup of tea in the morning or prepare a simple breakfast. The space feels extremely cramped, and the bathrooms lacked basic supplies like toilet paper and soap. The overall cleanliness and atmosphere made me feel uncomfortable—I didn’t feel safe or at ease staying in my room.

Nothing I was refused entry and treated that police would be called as told last check in midnight despite getting confirmation that I could check in between 1-2am avoid at all costs Staff very rude and arrogant Was left with no where to stay despite confirmation of late check in time

Private room on short notice. nothing else. I had a private room and my room door felt like it was just for show, if someone wanted to see under my door they could have. In the ensuit washroom, there was no toilet paper, no soap and no functioning shower door. the Floors are wooden planks and the room looks like it’s under construction. The staff was rude and wouldn’t talk to me during my check in, that took half an hour because the two girls kept talking to each other in Portuguese and giving me dirty looks instead of telling me what was going on. The window gave direct views from the parking garage so I couldn’t have curtains open without being watched by people parking their cars. I needed a place to stay for one night as a solo traveller and was incredibly disappointed and felt unsafe the whole stay.

The bed was comfortable and it was clean. The staff was amazing! The place is a little rundown, though. The place itself needs renovating
