Clean room, the staff, shops nearby and quiet. The staff is great because they will work with you if you're in a jam.

Bugs everywhere! So bad we had to leave the day after check in due to bugs being in our clothes, suitcases, crawled on us at night, and staff could care less. Was a horrible experience. No handicap entrance and almost impossible for handicap people

It was close to Teaneck where o planned to visit family I believe is stayed in a building where they housed people who were waiting for permanent housing . I hear an argument and someone arguing with kids at 5 am. Someone knocked on my door at 7 am and the bed was uncomfortable.

This place got me with no words starting from the receptionist which had no customer service experience. I complained because the room he gave me was not very hat I reserve and his answer was what you see in the pictures is not what you reserve and ask $250 for the one I reserved. Took the room key card from my hands and put it behind the window counter and ask me to get refund from Expedia which Expedia is ok by letting this place robbed as I never used that room but was charge full amount no refund even though their employee took the key card from me and left me no option as to go away with my belongings. Never been treated poorly by Expedia agents and also by this place. Stay away seems they do this often to customers and Expedia is ok with everything.

Don’t be fooled by what they are showing in the pictures! It was really outdated, looked run down, TV didn’t work, fridge looked used, No elevator, etc. by far the worse stay we’ve had. Better off paying for something better in New York. Will not boom here again nor do I recommend anyone staying here.

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été malheureusement catastrophique. Dès notre arrivée, une forte odeur d’humidité était présente dans la chambre et c’était vraiment insupportable. L’hôtel est très vieux et cela se voit dans l’état général des installations. La propreté laissait aussi à désirer. Pendant que j’étais dans la salle de bain pour me laver, le lavabo s’est même cassé tout seul, ce qui montre clairement le manque d’entretien et le besoin urgent de rénovation. Par contre, je tiens à souligner que le personnel de ménage passait chaque jour et faisait son travail correctement. Malgré cela, l’hôtel a vraiment besoin d’une rénovation complète.
