2) the hotel location does not have any public transport access, it makes to-from very difficult and expensive.

My second time at this location. Room was clean and the pool was great. Breakfast buffet always a plus.

The room was clean and the staff was very attentive
-
Very difficult to drive in and out of the parking due to heavy traffic on Rt 46

Nice place to stay, good customer service and cleanliness. Delicious 😋 breakfast. If go to metlife stadium i will stay here again!!!

The breakfast was good and I enjoyed the variety. It was way too crowded but that was expected during memorial weekend. However, the staff should’ve controlled the crowd more in the lobby and at the breakfast area because it was super loud and uncomfortable.

The room was clean, the shower was great and the beds were comfy. I loved that there was guest laundry on my floor. The location was horrible. Right where the highway exits and traffic was horrendous and very hard to pull out into the constant flow of trucks coming around the corner. The family and their kids next to us were allowed to scream and run up and down the hallways without any supervision. The walls were extremely thin so everything was very loud - kids screaming and parents yelling and trucks 24 hours a day. The hotel and staff themselves were very nice, just unfortunate location.

The water pressure was lousy, especially in the bathroom sink.. Took a minute to get enough to brush my teeth, forget a good hand or face wash. Toilet flush was weak. The refrigerator would not get much colder than room temperature. Needs more hooks, etc to store things both in the bathroom and main room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We asked if we could leave a day early due to the smell of chemicals in our room, and the property told us to reach out to the third party we booked through. The site we booked through told us to contact the property. We were not communicated with at all even after our stay even though I reached out to the third party and the property. We never heard back.

Everything was clean staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good

And the front desk clerk had no idea how far JFK airport was from the property. I felt like that was something he should have known

Breakfast was great! The raspberry jelly and whip cream in addition to the syrup for the waffles was great. Slamming doors and screaming children in the hallway at 7:30 was disappointing.

Solid experience. I stay here for work when I am in Manhattan. Great value and can park for free. Consistent experience every time.

The pool was clean and good temp. I liked that they had a 24/7 coffee/ tea/ lemon water out. The juice at breakfast was very watered down. I did wish there was almond milk or a different alternative to milk as I’m allergic to dairy. The room was a bit cramped with a bunch of furniture pieces in a row. There were 5 different desks, tables, dressers lined up next to each other.

The room was beautiful and definitely owned up to the Hilton name. Our stay was quiet and stress free. The breakfast options were great as well. I figured it would just be some cereal or bagels but there was yogurt, fresh fruit, ham, eggs, oatmeal and various pastries. The check out process was also super easy no need to wait for staff just drop off your key card and leave. I would definitely stay again!!
