Hampton Inn & Suites Teaneck Glenpointe

Check-in was smooth and the staff were efficient and friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet. One drawback: the overflow parking was across the street at the Marriott. Wish there were more available parking spots.

Room was super clean on a daily basis, breakfast was always served fresh and most of the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Exceptional

I stayed at the one king bedroom and it was on fifth floor. It smelled so bad that it smelled like urine everywhere in the room. Also you can hear every conversations from next room through air conditioning unit. This was our third time stay ( 2 queen bedroom previously)and never had bad experience until now.

Hotel was ok. Staff could be a little more informative about all the amenities. I came to find out there was a bar on the other side of the hotel on the last day of my stay. It was closed when I found it and I went to the front desk to get some info about it. She responded rudely, it's closed, closes at ten, yes they serve alcohol. My next question was, do they serve food as well? Once again, her prompt response was, it's closed. My AC stopped working overnight with 1 day and half to go of my stay. Not worth the price per night.

One of the best and cleanest hotels I've stayed. I even cleaned up my room, as always, before I left. Nice, quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was amazing. Limited breakfast options

Great place for a short stay.

The front desk was very understanding and accommodating, when I had to change rooms due to cleanliness. I like the fact that the gym is open for 24 hours. There is also an indoor pool. I wish everyday they offered non pork protein options daily for breakfast and not just some days having turkey sausages. Also the indoor parking garage gets full on the weekends and you have to park at a different outdoor parking lot. The hotel is a little on the pricey side.
