The staff is amazing. I ended up extending my stay, and they were able to accommodate me in the same room. Super sweet!

This is a three star hotel due to the fact the room cleanliness was not that great stains on sheets. Please check your sheets. Windowsills had crud in. It asked to be changed to another room. The receptionist told me they didn’t have any rooms available when they did. After talking to housekeeping and refusing to go back to that room, then I got another room. And upon checkout, they never gave me my bill on checkout and they double charge my card for two rooms and I’m having such a hard time getting my money back with these guys so if you ever stay in the Fort Lee Edgewater Englewood area try the Hilton in Edgewater great services. Please check all reviews and the hotel had a stench to it on our floor. Just wasn’t happy all the way around.

Quick one night stay, with no issues or noise.

The overall experience was terrible. The elevators were out of service during our entire 4-night stay, forcing us to walk up to the 6th floor every single day. On top of that, there was a constant, loud noise and screaming from other guests in the hallways and rooms at night, and the hotel management did absolutely nothing to maintain order. I definitely do not recommend this place!

Don't believe me? Go book it

The pool is pretty small, the water was very cloudy. Only 1 elevator was working so it took forever to get up and down. My room door lock kept getting stuck! The restaurant is not open from 11-5 so you have to find some other place to eat! Thankfully there was a nice restaurant near by! You can find lots of stuff within 5 min drive by the hotel could use some upgrades. I tried getting room service they said I needed to call the restaurant for breakfast, but it was only buffet service so had to also find breakfast

The staff was rude!

The property was clean, the room and bathroom was clean except for the carpet which I believe needs to be properly shampoo. Also the air conditioner kept going up causing the room to be a bit hot.
-
My card key wasn't working, so I had to call several times before I could get help. I waited twenty minutes to get assistance again. The breakfast wasn't very pleasant, so I decided to go out for breakfast.

This hotel is in need of a major update. While it appears they’ve done patchwork repairs to keep it operating, the property feels worn and outdated. Our room had a musty odor, the carpet was visibly dirty, there was mold in the bathtub, and the bathroom ceiling was peeling and coming apart. The toilet handle was very loose and if not carefully adjusted it left the toilet running all night. The check-in staff was not very pleasant or welcoming. With proper renovations and better maintenance, this hotel could be much improved. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again in its current condition.

I didn’t like that I asked for connecting rooms and wasn’t given. Was told when I checked in that there were no connecting rooms at hotel. Well got to my room and there was a connecting room. And it was empty but would not move my son to empty room.
