Room had the noisiest AC that kept cranking even when I attempted to turn off . Piles of dirty laundry and garbage in massive bags just outside of my room

Our air stopped working sometime in the middle of the night and when I called maintenance I was told they would be right up and they never showed.

This is a beautiful, big, & very busy hotel. Very clean and spacious. There was no wait for check in as they had 4 very friendly and knowledgeable front desk representatives. The room was also very clean and well stocked with amenities. Bed was comfortable along with a big soft lounge sofa/chair. Plenty of parking, a gym, a great restaurant, and best of all a Starbucks(also friendly staff & great coffee). For those with electric cars, they have charging stations.

Parking was easy and convenient. I did not use the restaurant so I can't comment on it. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.
