Ran out of towels staff at front desk basically tell you to deal with it showers horrible

The room was clean but the floor left a little dirty, the shower took a little while for the hot water as I had to let it run for about 3 to 5 mins. Staff was friendly and parking was free but looks like breakfast did not come with your stay which I thought was kind of weird for a Hilton brand.

The staff here are AMAZING. Breakfast was very good, and there was ample parking. My only complaints are that the water pressure is non-existent, and I found the beds very uncomfortable. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. EXCELLENT staff

When I asked the staff member if there was water in the room, they answered rudely and didn't even mention whether there was a charge for it. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly; there were several hairs stuck in the bathtub.

We had a four night stay at the property. The carpeting in the room was smelly and very stained. The carpets really could use a deep clean. The front desk attendant Dante was fabulous and very helpful. He truly is a great staff member who values customer service. On our third day we had the housekeeper enter the room and clean while we were out. After the cleaning and upon our return we noticed that a piece of our property was missing from the room. I immediately reported it to Dante who launched an investigation which did not return any positive results. He made amends by replacing the property for the value, but we are still very upset about the fact that the item went missing in the first place. The pool was closed for renovations, so we were unable to use it, but we received a message about it once we booked the room. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

I left a mini pouch in the bathtub, and when I went to look for it, I couldn't find it. I hope you find an electric shaver and a lot of creams I use.
