The elevators in this hotel are under construction but did not mention ahead of time. One of the elevator door needs to push " Close", then it will close it. Air conditioning runs very loud noisy in the room.

As someone who spends over 100 nights a year in hotels, I can confidently say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Charging around $130 a night for this level of service and maintenance is completely unacceptable. Here is what you can expect if you stay here: Severe Sleep Disturbance: The room was infested with mosquitoes, keeping me awake all night. On top of that, the air conditioner sounded like heavy machinery. Disgusting Hygiene: The room had a foul odor that smelled like rotting, damp carpet, and the bathroom was noticeably dirty. Operational Failure: Out of two elevators, one was completely broken. To make matters worse, the staff hijacked the only working elevator for their own work, effectively forcing guests to take the stairs every time. A hotel charging $130 should at least cover the bare minimum: cleanliness, functioning facilities, and a decent night's sleep. This place failed on every single count. I have requested a full refund and strongly advise other travelers to avoid this hotel at all costs.

One elevator broken , room needs a Reno and bathroom needs,work

Safety and parking are not an issue here, and the staff are pleasant and willing to help. However, the building has been under renovation for several months now. More importantly, the bed in my second-floor room was rock solid—the ground actually felt softer. This is not my first time staying here, but it is definitely the first time the bed was this hard. I didn't sleep at all and left in pain, feeling more tired than when I arrived.

The breakast was fine. Lots of juice and coffee. Everything was clean.

No hot water in shower, no elevator.

If you use it to smash right quick is not too bad. They hold your deposit so long you will likely forget about it

The rooms were OK. The beds felt like a full size. Instead of a queen would’ve been nice to have a Polo coach which turns me off about the hotel was the awful smell in the room. Very bad order.

The room was spacious but the shower curtain bar was out on backwards causing the shower curtain to continuously open while taking a shower. There was no blanket on the bed, only sheets. We had to request a blanket and wait for housekeeping to locate one for us. The elevator was being repaired on more than one occasion so we had to utilize the stairs. The property was tidy and there was a large amount of parking.

The property was a good location to drive into NYC when we needed to. All the amenities were closed, the room was old and not cleaned well, especially the bathroom, there were no blankets on the beds besides linens, and the one elevator that worked was not cleaned well and did not feel safe to use.

There are two elevators and one was out of order and held up the process of guest getting in and out of the hotel should’ve been repaired because it was a large group there I feel it I heard of other guest complaining of roaches and water leak on the room, travel had to be transferred to other rooms and they also have problems there in my room. The TV didn’t have Internet or it was not a smart TV so we can see other programs other than old shows I need to upgrade a lot of things in that property..

The check in and out process was easy and seamless. The parking is free and there are a lot of spaces. This hotel is five minutes away from the George Washington bridge.
